    • The bull was issued by St. Pope Pius V, stating basically Elizabeth I is a heretic, a usurper of a Catholic Throne (England's) and hoped a Catholic would replace her at sometime......

    with all teh talk of PRince William's wedding approaching, was not sure if the bull affect only E the 1st or all after her,etc...
