Disappointed to see this.  Kentucky is overall a very conservative and ostensibly pro-life state, but you have Louisville and Lexington that are as liberal as hell.

I really don't want to think that voters would have rejected Cameron just because he is black.

Incidentally, Beshear is not Arab-American, though his name sounds like he could be.  His father was governor too.

  • Vote is rigged.  CNN was gloating about how former Republican strongholds are all suddenly passing pro-abortion legislation.  Ohio's vote was clearly rigged.  This is a state that has been decidedly Pro Life for decades now, and it suddenly turned?  I don't think so.

I feel like a fool, a chump, for even bothering to show up there.  We filled out these paper ballots, and were told to feed them into a machine, which didn't even so much as give us a chance to confirm that it had been scanned correctly.  Just said "ballot received", and some nice but not-too-smart lady handed me an "I voted" sticker.  I have visions of this machine just being connected on the other side of the wall to a large paper shredder.  We have absolutely no guarantee that this vote wasn't rigged, as it's a piece of cake to hack the voting software.

I think that I'm done voting.

I told people that not only was Dobbs a total scam, but that it enshrined in legal precedent that will be almost impossible to overturn the notion that unborn babies are not life and that states are free to legislate away their lives.  Those SCOTUS justices have blood on their hands, no less than the ones who gave us Roe v. Wade.  7 of the 9 are "Catholic" (or Catholic-ish), and they were obliged to rule that the unborn have a God-given right to life, not that the states are able to legislate away their lives.  Disgusting.

Bergoglio, Ratzinger, Wojtyla, Montini, and Roncalli all have the blood of these children crying out for vengeance for having done nothing to save them, since a concerted effort by a true Catholic Church would have prevented any of this from happening.  Wojtyla the Great Imposter, for instance, paid lip service to a "Culture of Life" but didn't lift a finger to do a blessed thing about it.

If I were a Pope, I would order, under pain of grave sin or even threat of excommunication, all Catholics in any country that dared to legalize abortion to go on strike, refuse to go to work, refuse to pay taxes and ... if necessary ... take up arms against such governments.  Good luck jailing 70 million people in the United States.  But these charlatans claiming to be popes during the Vatican II era do absolutely nothing.  Catholic Pope should excommunicate all the pseudo-Catholics on SCOTUS.  In fact, before Vatican II, between the birth rates and the conversion rates, the US had been on track to become a majority-Catholic country by the year 2,000 according to projections made in the 1950s.  We've had dozens of countries that had been formally Catholic remove Catholicity from their constitutions, sometimes only under pressure from the infiltrated Vatican, and who now also have legalized abortion.

I'm so tired of the idiot R&R clowns who claim that these men are just misguided yet sincere individuals whose minds have just gotten contaminated with Modernism.  These are infiltrators, the wicked spawn of Satan, bent on deliberately destroying the Church.  Wake the heck up and snap out of this.

  • I told everyone that Dobbs was a scam ... and got ripped to shreds for it.  While Pro Lifers are busy popping champagne corks, abortion has never been more prevalent.  Why did they allow it to be overturned now?  Because they 100% control the voting system.  As Dobbs was worded / formulated, it's an unmitigated disaster.

  • I worked the election here in Louisville, KY, what a scam.  Out of 700 voters, only about 30 of the women voters wore skirts.  It was a real freak show. The voting facility was a former public school which is now serving as a community center.  There were about fifty black boys playing soccer outside in an enclosed soccer field.  Only about half of them spoke English.  One lady brought in her impaired daughter to vote, and this gal was clearly severely retarded.  But remember, Democracy, rah rah rah, we all have the right to vote!

The Republican Secretary of State got 60% of the vote, yet the black, conservative, gubernatorial candidate, Daniel Cameron, lost his race against Gov. Beshear.  During Covid Beshear threatened to fine people who dared to go to church.

  • I object to the title of this thread. They are baby-killers; ;they are not "pro-choice." The baby would choose life; the babies choice to live is stolen. Let us call them what they are: baby killers, or at least pro-abortion.

  • Bashear didn't exactly win by a land slide.  However it seems that the deciding issue was abortion. He won many counties out in Eastern Kentucky which is surprising. I wonder how many republicans voted for him.

I agree with you. But you didn't even change the thread title in YOUR RESPONSE which you can do, by the way.

  • Saw a bumper sticker the other day which said:

    “Guns don’t kill people.
    Abortion clinics kill people.”

As I alluded to in the OP, and buttressed by what you say about the secretary of state, I have to wonder how many people, even if conservative and pro-life, just couldn't bring themselves to vote for a black governor.  Or maybe they're just in love with the Beshear dynasty.

I have my doubts about either being the case, I just have to wonder how this happened.  Kentucky is not really a "Southern" state, unless it would be the area way down in the southwestern corner of the state near western Tennessee and the Mississippi.  It's like this thing that is half-Southern, half-Midwestern, that defies easy characterization.  Southern Illinois and Southern Indiana are similar in this respect.

I just used the conventional terminology.  There are women who wouldn't have an abortion themselves, but they want other women to have that choice.  Agreed, it is sinister terminology, that basically reflects a Masonic mindset, that "my truth" is not necessarily the same as "your truth", that I cannot prevent you from killing your baby if that's what you've got your cap set to do.  Yet more of the schizophrenia that is part and parcel of the American mind.

  • Vote is rigged...

I think that I'm done voting.

NO question it was rigged, just like many others.  Has been the case for a LONG time, although it is more widespread and in-your-face these days.

For what it is or is not worth, I have never voted for anything.  My father, may he rest in peace, was Navy Intelligence and a JAG lawyer who went to Vietnam several times.  His take on the system, among other things, made me despise its corruption from a very early age.

Yeah, for some time I held out some thought or some possibility that the state and local votes were not rigged ... but those are clearly rigged also.

After I saw the voting map that showed just how many Eastern counties voted for Bashear I also believe that many Kentuckians would not vote for a black man.
