  • After I saw the voting map that showed just how many Eastern counties voted for Bashear I also believe that many Kentuckians would not vote for a black man.
Hard to say. That area (the mountains of Eastern Kentucky) is deeply, and I do mean deeply, fundamentalist Christian, and I really don’t think they would refuse to vote for a pro-life candidate just because he was black, but you never know.

  • Yeah, for some time I held out some thought or some possibility that the state and local votes were not rigged ... but those are clearly rigged also.

Yep, I believe you’re correct. We’re feeding this ballots into a machine, getting no receipt, and trusting that the machine is accurately recording your vote. Even if they weren’t preprogrammed, they can be hacked to pick whoever the powers that be want to win. 😡
For what doth it profit a man, if he gain the whole world, and suffer the loss of his own soul? Or what exchange shall a man give for his soul?

Right.  I filled out the little bubbles on the paper ballot and was told to feed it into a machine.  This machine did not even display what I had voted so that I could makes sure the "scan" was correct, etc.  It just said something like "Your vote is submitted!"  That's it.  Software could have done anything with that ballot.  Of course, even if it had displayed a correct reading of my choices, what guarantee do I have that the software wouldn't just change it as soon as a I clicked the "Submit" or "I agree that these are correct" button?  None.

I've seen numerous reports of the machines flipping votes in PA and KY.
