    I'm not buying the Bronchitis diagnosis.

    I think he was suffering from a parasitic infestation.

    I don't know if it was ever mentioned anywhere, but I did a little research and seems he might have something to do with the superior vena cava, the main vein that returns to the heart. 

    Even after leaving the hospital, Pope Francis unfortunately still looks unhealthy.
