I merely stated the facts. I did not say to do nothing. There a many people becoming politically active right now trying to make a difference. What kind of success are they having? Most of their energy (and funding) is being misdirected and spent in the benefit of those they do not realize dont have their best interests at heart. You think people like Palin actually care about the un-born or our soldiers in Iraq? Their only concern is with the next election.

The fact is that there are a good many people who want to do something about the way things are going. The problem is that people have NO IDEA what to do about it. I say that we have to place our trust in God in this because He is the only one who can inspire us to take the proper action and HOW to go about doing it. The reason I say I do not trust people to take any productive action is because they do NOT have the humility that is required to hear the instructions of God. If you cannot listen to instruction, how will you fix the problem? It is a simple fact of reality. The solution requires self sacrifice, but no one is willing to sacrifice.

If you really want to get an idea of what you can do, go read the writings of Fr.Denis Fahey. You have to know exactly what the problem is in order to know what you can do about it.

One more thing..... PLEASE capitalize the G when you are typing the Name of God. It is irreverent, and only atheists and pagans use the lower case letter. Thanks.
