Sure, that cow is in a position (i.e. has the job) to tell a Catholic bishop what his "job" is.

One small quibble here:

As LifeNews reported, Cordileone said he formally notified U.S. House Speaker Nancy Peℓσѕι this week that she can no longer be allowed communion because she is no longer in communion with the Catholic Church by virtue of her repeatedly promoting abortion.

Not quite.  She has not been excommunicated, and assuming one accepts Newchurch as the Catholic Church, albeit flawed deeply, merely refusing her communion is not the same thing as excommunication.  And it's a bit of a stretch to assert that she has incurred latae sententiae excommunication.

I don't intend this as a defense of her in any way --- she's vile beyond words --- I'm just clarifying the concept and the terminology.

Yes, the whole thing is your normal, every day, run of the mill, typical NO farce. 

Everyone needs to stop messing around with this clear and obvious Antichurch and just admit that it's not the Catholic Church and all get together to fill the vacancy of the Holy See.

No, that's why I said we need to all get together, not a Pope Michael.  As St. Robert Bellarmine writes, when the Church is without a Pope, the Church won't be left without a remedy (when he explains what would happen if the hierarchy were to die at one time).

What we've had enough of is R&R putting roadblocks in the way of actually filling the vacant See and insulting and blaspheming Holy Mother Church by claiming that this abomination is the Holy Catholic Church.

I, as well as most other Traddies, will take any form of R&R (or Cassiciacuм) as a temporary glue to hold everyone together over another failed Conclave featuring your local Thuc consecrated Bishop or Old Catholic Bishop or SSPV Bishop all of whom will excommunicate each other before the Conclave even begins over such classic issues as muh Feeney iz a heretic bruh, Una cuм was haram bro, Thuc was looney and his consecrations were invalid, Bishop Gonzalez was a Novus Ordite and therefore his consecration was invalid my man, Archbishop Lefebvre’s consecration was invalid because muh Fɾҽҽmαsσɳɾყ bro.

I’ll stick with the status quo until we have a practical solution; not acting on hypothetical and ambiguous texts extracted from various theologians of time past.

R&R (glue?) ... even R&R s splintering.  There is no "glue".  And that's a strong piece of evidence that the See is vacant.  As for your assertion that Thuc was a "looney and his consecrations were invalid" ... that's just slander on both counts.  And your assertion that orders from Bishop Mendez y Gonzalez were "invalid" because he was a Novus Ordite?  That's slander also and not believed by R&R, with whom you claim to identify.  You're all over map and clearly have no idea what you're talking about.
