Someone who places the US Constitution above God’s Law,
I'm not one of those, but when they start dinking with the Constitution, God help us all.
To be the product of a secular state, it works pretty well. The original docuмent, along with the Bill of Rights (and the Reconstruction Amendments, which more or less had to be added, to correct the defect of slavery), would be hard to improve upon. Note that I said a
secular state --- recognition of the Reign of Christ the King, as well as acknowledgement of the One True Church, while ideal, wouldn't have been possible, especially the latter. And no other country has anything like the Second Amendment.
