  • This Story of a Prof Who Fails His Entire Class to Illustrate Obama's Socialism Has the Left Furious

Since posting this story in 2013, the left simply won’t leave it alone. Something about it strikes a chord and they have to lash out at it, even though it’s a story.

An economics professor at a local college made a statement that he had never failed a single student before, but had recently failed an entire class. That class had insisted that Obama’s socialism worked and that no one would be poor and no one would be rich, a great equalizer.

The professor then said, “OK, we will have an experiment in this class on Obama’s plan”.. All grades will be averaged and everyone will receive the same grade so no one will fail and no one will receive an A…. (substituting grades for dollars – something closer to home and more readily understood by all).

After the first test, the grades were averaged and everyone got a B. The students who studied hard were upset and the students who studied little were happy. As the second test rolled around, the students who studied little had studied even less and the ones who studied hard decided they wanted a free ride too so they studied little.

The second test average was a D! No one was happy. When the 3rd test rolled around, the average was an F.  As the tests proceeded, the scores never increased as bickering, blame and name-calling all resulted in hard feelings and no one would study for the benefit of anyone else.

To their great surprise, ALL FAILED and the professor told them that socialism would also ultimately fail because when the reward is great, the effort to succeed is great, but when government takes all the reward away, no one will try or want to succeed. Could not be any simpler than that.

These are possibly the 5 best sentences you’ll ever read on this experiment:

You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity by legislating the wealthy out of prosperity.

What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving.

The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else.

You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it!.

When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that is the beginning of the end of any nation.

What I am reading now is liberals, progressives or those that dismiss the STORY because it’s a scenario and not real. They can’t cope with the real truth that you can’t move poor people into prosperity by legislation from Washington, DC.

Government doesn’t have the authority to take from Citizen A and give to Citizen B to make things even.

  • If we look at this socialist view we can realize that it is quite impossible to implement. It is impossible for egalitarianism to exist except by brute force. It is not surprising that the most egalitarian society, Soviet Russia, and a society that had equality in its core beliefs, the First French Republic, had to use force to make everyone equal, but 18th and 19th century America and England were the societies with the most inequality because of freedom.

No two human beings are endowed with the same talent and ability and only a hopeless ideologue can believe everyone is as capable of success as everyone else. Call it social Darwinism but only those with the strength of will and the most ability can rise up amongst the common mass of people.

I've recently chastised another member of the forum for holding to a view that seemed harmless on its face but was wicked at its root. This strength of the will idea is, indeed, Social Darwinism / Nietzscheism. I recently came across an early 20th century hermetic (occult) text, The Kybalion (see: Wikipedia), that deifies Herbert Spencer, the father of Social Darwinism, by saying that he was the reincarnation of old thinkers such as the Greek Heraclitus. Now, while the doctrine of reincarnation is evil and false, there is some truth to this statement, as all of the seemingly modern ideas are not modern at all, but are in fact ancient. These ideas are occultic and can mostly be traced back to old egyptian (and other) ancient mystery schools and medieval kabbalah texts. These occult doctrines are sold to the public in the form of "self-help" books. Yes, I am saying that those books that seem like harmless quackery are in fact the doctrines of evil spirits that came to an ancient Egyptian before the time of Christ who drunk a mesmerizing potion, or a medieval kabbalist Jєω who "channeled" spirits. This is why you have to be very careful with what you believe, because without knowing it you can be implictly inducted into a gnostic cult like Social Darwinism.

Your idea is false. The Epistle of James speaks about this doctrine:

Quote from: The Epistle of James, iv, 13-15
Behold, now you that say: Today or tomorrow we will go into such a city, and there we will spend a year, and will traffic, and make our gain. [14] Whereas you know not what shall be on the morrow. [15] For what is your life? It is a vapour which appeareth for a little while, and afterwards shall vanish away. For that you should say: If the Lord will, and if we shall live, we will do this or that.

In other words, one should not say, "I am by the strength of will going to earn riches and fame in the world", one should humble oneself before the Lord and say, "thy will be done". This makes all the difference in the world. It's the difference between being a sinner and a saint. Your doctrine encourages willfulness, pride, godlessness, etc., whereas the one of James encourages obedience, humility, godliness, etc. One does not rise "through the ranks" by his own will. God decides whether or not you are going to "make it", and a lot of the time God allows people to "make it" in order to punish them for their willfulness and pride, and he rewards those that he loves not with wealth, but with poverty.

Did you know that both Hitler and another extremely influential 20th century figure, Cecil Rhodes, both are reported by some as having experienced visions / the influence of spirits before their rise to power? Look it up. Watch Hitler's speeches, the man was more or less possessed. And yet your doctrine of the will, der Wille zur Macht, would glorify people like Hitler and Napoleon. It is hero cultism, another ancient form of idolatry.

Good people, you should not be concerning yourselves with such fantasy wars as "Capitalism vs. Socialism". In reality, no such war is taking place. Do you think that the "capitalism" of the "republican" President Nixon was any different to the "socialism" of the "democrat" President Obama? Both presidents were serving the exact same group of people, and Satan by extension. It is Hegelian dilaectic, i.e. the people who control the media and the debate fund both sides of the argument in order to control all of the terms of the dialogue, so that they can keep people in safe bounds that they can control. If you are a "republican", they have TV shows and commodities just for you. If you are a "democrat", they have TV shows and commodities just for you. If you are a "capitalist", they have TV shows and commodities just for you. If you are a "socialist", they have TV shows and commodities just for you. Etc.

Don't fret over how Satan chooses to run his kingdom. It's always the same, even when the appearances change. The goal is and has always been getting people to worship anything that is not the True God. Things like rising unemployment rates and international wars ultimately do not matter, they are secondary phenomenon. What is spiritual is primary, what is material is secondary. These material punishments all come from God, and it's to chastise people for their idolatries. Worship the Holy Trinity, and worry not about GDPs and unemployment %'s.

It's very easy for me to prove this. In the desert, the Devil offered Christ all the kingdoms of the world if Christ would bow down and worship him. If Christ had accepted this offer he would have been the greatest earthly king that there ever was. He would have cured diseases, built wondrous towers, put an end to all conflicts and wars in the world; in other words, he would have established the earthly Utopia that people have been dreaming about since the Renaissance/Enlightenment. He could have done all of this, and chose not to. Why? Because those things are trivialities, they are secondary. What Christ accomplished on the Cross was infinitely more than the combined efforts of all of history's conquerers, kings and emperors, because he accomplished something spiritual and not material, and the spiritual is primary, while the material is secondary. If Christ had established an earthly utopia instead of suffering on the Cross he would not have triumphed over the ancient serpent and there would be no redemption for any of us. Christ's life shows just how trivial the material world is. There are only two important events in history: the Fall in the Garden of Eden, and the Redemption that took place on the Cross. All the rest isn't history, it's gossip. Sacred history is the true history, secular history is what the writer James Joyce described as, "a nightmare from which I am trying to awake", it's a phantom.

Absolutely, and for good reason. The idea of "we all share in the wealth equally", can only be put into practice when people have conquered their worldliness, their desire for wealth. Having a society where people have no spiritual training, where they are still bound to sensuality and pleasure, and expecting them to have the self-denial to work for no worldly gain is impossible unless you enslave those people and put them to work with the whip.

  • Speaking of gnosticism and evil cults look at Wikipedia. There are many examples, but check this one out: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/sɛҳuąƖ_desire_and_intimate_relationships

    "The Triangular Theory of Love":

People, this may look innocuous but it is extremely, extremely evil. I am telling you that this triangle is more abominable than murder. What makes me almost want to despair is that this kind of thing is on Wikipedia and all over popular television, where young people are indoctrinated by this and become more or less the unwitting servants of these gnostic religions.

That entire article I've linked to is extraordinarily wicked. Every sentence is an abomination.
    Look at this for example:

    Quote
Although sɛҳuąƖ desire may not be as directly or reliably testable as sɛҳuąƖ arousal, which can be validly and reliably assessed by monitoring genital and other physiological arousal, no test exists that can truly, definitely measure sɛҳuąƖ desire.[7] Through the use of functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) brain imaging techniques, hormonal assessment and self-report questionnaires such as the Passionate Love Scale (PLS) various cognitive and behavioural characteristics have been found to reliably identify sɛҳuąƖ desire across cultures[7] and distinguish it from other feelings of love and attachment.

Seems quite simple and innocent, doesn't it? It's just science, nothing to be afraid of. NO, it is very evil because what it does on a subliminal level is get people to think of themselves as machines, as souless robots whose so-called "loves" are just "epiphenomena" resulting from computation that takes place in the brain.

People, there are articles on Wikipedia telling people how to perform sex rituals that were once exclusively practiced by whores and "pornstars", and they represent them as being "just a normal way to express yourself". This is so devious, so evil.

We truly are living in an antichrist age.

  • If you are incredulous about these popular companies being really gnostic cults here is an example for you where it is obvious:

The video quality is poor, the music cheezy, and the translation rough; but the analysis is solid. When I first saw this video my reaction was, "that's evil, that is extraordinarily evil". I'd never had that reaction before in my life. I didn't really know what evil was until that moment. I was a doey-eyed fool who thought the greatest evil in the world was people wanting to go to war to exploit another people's resources. Once I had seen this video I knew the meaning of the term "abomination" as it is used throughout the Bible. I understood why God hated idolatry above everything.

These are the times we are living in. Idolatrous times.

    Quote from: St. Augustine
Bad times, hard times, this is what people keep saying; but let us live well, and times shall be good. We are the times: Such as we are, such are the times.

  • Thinking about the triangle from Wikipedia that I posted above and how I denounced it as wicked. I am sure many of you considering that triangle will think, ". . . well, it makes a lot of sense". Yes, it does make a "lot of sense", that is partly the reason why it is so wicked, because the mind has such a powerful attraction to seeing things in these neat, geometrical figures. The problem is that there's a false Gospel behind it. It's the cult of "love" that is presented on television and in films and in books, and that has been going on for millennia. It's the idea that if you find your "soul mate" you will be saved, that handsome man or beautiful woman becomes the Messiah of your imagination. Everybody has a soul mate, and that soul mate is Christ. The cult of romantic love is Antichrist. I can imagine a young girl seeing that triangle, thinking, "yes, this makes a lot of sense", and then viewing her entire world through the lens of that triangle; going about and examining people's relationships and saying, "oh, see, you are on this side of the triangle, you need the quality from the opposite corner in order to reach true, consummate love", and she becomes obsessed with that kind of thing. Think of the idea of "personality types", people going around and trying to figure out if you're an "INTP" or an "ENFJ"; same goes for Zodiac/horoscope, "oh, you're a Capricorn? I love Capricorns! We Saggitarius's always get along with Capricorns!"
    Occultism, Gnosticism. And it's everywhere.

Can you please talk like a normal person? The whole point of social Darwinism is that some members of the national group are less able to make it in this world than others. This has been proven and is shown that indeed heredity determines intelligence. I would recommend "The Bell Curve" which shows how certain races are more likely to succeed than others. And dare I say it women, minorities, and the mentally handicapped, or the retarded, cannot rise up in society except by affirmative action to compete with healthy white males. I would also point out that the egalitarian doctrine comes straight out of the French Revolution, or dare I say, Marxism.

I'm going to ignore the rest of your intellectual babble and phrase my answer in a few sentences. Nixon definitely was different than Obama in the sense that Nixon did NOT have an idolizing press corps to help him out during his dark times, therefore Obama is lucky he has made it this far. I will admit that economics is a secondary matter but we are speaking of rank in society.

Let it be reminded that religious life is indeed away from wealth but it is voluntary, not forced, like Communism.

Also Communism denies the importance of religion saying it is a bourgeois institution and holds the people down in a dream-like stupor so that they can be exploited, therefore monasteries are not "Communist."
