This interview was taped June 26th, 2012, but it was apparently uploaded on
Aug. 8th.
You're not going to see anything like this on MSM, a Catholic doctor's perspective
of Obamacare. She says it's not reasonable to give Obama the "credit" for overhauling
the healtcare system, because he's merely putting into law practices that have been
going on for decades already.
The doctor doesn't go so far as to explain how this could be, but in reality, the
responsibility lies at the feet of American Catholic Bishops, who have been
conspicuously remiss in denouncing immoral practices in American hospitals and
doctor's clinics and offices for generations longstanding.
Now, the rubber meets the road. In short order, it will be impossible for a Catholic
to be a physician in good conscience in the United States of America. She says that
she and her colleagues will be forced to give up their careers to be good Catholics,
because to stay in business, they would be required by law to commit mortal sins on
a daily basis.
She says that they've been discussing the possibility of setting up clinics on ships,
and practicing in international waters, similar to how the "abortion boats" are
currently doing, but this would be the opposite practice, pro-life floating clinics.
So there we are. The terra firma of America is no longer friendly territory for the
practice of the Catholic faith, in regards to daily life decisions in respect to medical
services, but this also means paying your taxes, because when you pay taxes, you
will be funding abortion, contraception, sterilization, mercy killing, stem cell research,
euthanaisa, and basically convenience killing, for anyone who is just too much
of a burden for the "no money available" situation.
I don't pretend to be an expert, but I really think this topic deserves top priority
attention.
I thought it would be best to put it here in Politics, but it doesn't seem to be getting
much notice. Maybe I'll add a link to this thread in other topics and see what
happens. I'm not too keen on making a duplicate thread, for I know that makes
for a messy forum when lots of duplication is going on.
