I don't even think you need to read the story, this photo of the note is worth a thousand words.
An aside... Ten yuan is equivalent to $1.61.
    Matthew 5:37

But let your speech be yea, yea: no, no: and that which is over and above these, is of evil.

  • Another disturbing issue related to this, raised in the comments section re: the killing of these prisoners for organ harvesting:

The US is not far behind China.

    Quote
The manual states, “These operations may be performed as domestic civil support operations,” and adds that “The authority to approve resettlement such operations within U.S. territories,” would require a “special exception” to The Posse Comitatus Act, which can be obtained via “the President invoking his executive authority.” The docuмent also makes reference to identifying detainees using their “social security number.”

Aside from enemy combatants and other classifications of detainees, the manual includes the designation of “civilian internees,” in other words citizens who are detained for, “security reasons, for protection, or because he or she committed an offense against the detaining power.”

Once the detainees have been processed into the internment camp, the manual explains how they will be “indoctrinated,” with a particular focus on targeting political dissidents, into expressing support for U.S. policies.

  • Is it even possible to conduct the daily activities of one's life without products from such slave labor? to not be an accomplice in such sin?

Don't laugh, but as best I can tell, the only common durable goods not made in slave labor camps are US-made firearms.

  • If this note can be traced back to whoever wrote it, he could get into a
lot of trouble for putting this in the package.  He may have been taking the
chance that he would perhaps get caught, just in hopes that his message
would be seen by someone on the outside.

So putting this message out must have been pretty important to him.
