  • We did not attend the trial. We did not hear what the jury heard. So, maybe they made the decision based on what the evidence showed rather than the hype.

    well I don't know about that extreme measure
    but the fact is he didn't belong here, shouldn't have been here and if he had been deported Steinle would be alive today
    the only consolation is that those who die very young usually get to Heaven or at least Purgatory
    but of course we don't know.. and it is not for man to make such decisions... I doubt if that idiot had it in his head "Oh, she'll go to Heaven anyway so no biggie"
    I feel so sorry for her parents and other loved ones

    but it is a wrong verdict, I am 99% sure. It is just not right
