Title: Non Catholics ruling over Catholics

Trying to win an arguement with a neoCath and a Prot that Christians should not vote for non-Christians to rule over them.

Does anyone have any ammo from any Bulls, Encyclicals, Councils,etc.....seems there is but cannot recall what and where......

Vatican II church of southern new jersey has a lutheran minister who only became "catholic" priest only a couple of years ago, with wife and children who may or may not still be lutheran.  ..this guy has moved up the ladder really quickly and now is pastor of one of the riches t parishes in souther new jersey.

I don't know but neither of these candidates fall under the category of "christian" to me. I wouldn't waste my time voting.

I am not either, but could have sworn somewhere there as a decree or encyclical,etc on a Christian forbiddne to have a jew, Muslim over them.....
