    I know America wasn't a Catholic country, and I know there's no such thing as "ʝʊdɛօ-Christian", that term being an oxymoron.

    NEVERTHELESS you have to admit that expunging all mention of God from oaths, prayers, laws, etc. is a step down for the United States. It is heading decisively in the WRONG DIRECTION.
