Well I learned something, no surprise there!   I have my blog with wordpress, and that link is from another person other than me, someone I don't even know.  The way wordpress works are they have something called "reader" sort of a teaser of what others are blogging about to get each of us to read each other.  When I saw that link about the memo, I clicked and read and wanted to share here.  I suppose because I belong to wordpress, the link from that other person, somehow was transfered to my account.  Yet when I click on that link I provided it goes to the blog about the memo.
