Is the upcoming marriage of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry valid?

It is purely political. The marriage is only a show, not a sacrament.

Why would it not be valid? Has she been married? Is there consanguinity? Is it a free decision by each partner? Why do you ask?

She's already been married.

Oh! I didn't know that. These people hold no interest for me whatever.

So, not valid, definitely a show, definitely not a sacrament, especially since (I suppose) it will be in the Anglican "Church"
