  • It will surprised you that MLK proudly received the Martha Sanger Award
from Planned Parenthood. HE was a very strong supporter of contraceptives
    and birth control.
Those not familiar with Martha Sanger, she was a proponent of legalized
abortions and birth control especially among non whites in which she
    considered inferior.
This man should not be given a special holiday. It was the liberals making
sɛҳuąƖ immorality and deviation mainstream in the nєω ωσrℓ∂ σr∂єr. in
which the U.S. is now part of.

I elect not to be PM.  My experience is that I will end up on  mailing
    lists that are mostly spam.

  • Martin Luther King was a Communist.  There is/was a lot of info around to prove it through the years.  Here is a fresh article:

In that case, I should ask you here then. You've said you were still educated with pre-V2 doctrine.

Did they teach you to shun public sinners?

  • I am just exposing the truth about MLK. Many people are not aware
    of his background.
There is no sin in exposing public sinners as MLK
However living a lie in this case when the information is so
easily found at the tip of your fingers would be a sin.

  • I see that my link is from a Protestant source.  However, what that say
about MLK is true. We can disregard the rest. Truth on MLK is kind of
hard to find because of internet scrubbing by the liberals and
    socialist.
If the Protestant source offended anyone, I certainly apologize.

  • No reason for Catholic schools to have the day off. Public schools are constantly trying to remove the observance of Christian holidays. Catholics could take a stance by not observing secular holidays.

Most Catholics including the clergy are not Catholic anymore. Many
Catholics through the years voted for this oppressive government
we have now.  Many will give up their religion than challenge the
government because many depend on the government dole.
This is what the welfare state gradualism has done since the 1930's.
YOUR idea is excellent. I do not think the Bishops have the
courage to propose such an idea,
MLK is looked upon as a Saint that includes majority of Bishop.
They even have a special liturgy on MLK day.

  • Was Martin Luther King a Catholic? No. So where is his soul now? Most likely in hell. Should we respect and celebrate the lives of those who were most likely damned? No.
    R.I.P.
Please pray for the repose of my soul.

Yes a Communist agitator. The riots which swept minority areas were part of the plan.

I must apologize for this Statement. After a search of the internet. The
Bishops as a whole have not spoken about a liturgy for MLK.
Individual archdiocese have come up with added prayers mentioning
    MLK on his holiday.
And certain parishes have inserted MLK on his holiday.

    THATS ALL FOLKS.

  • Pope Pius XI had this to say;

Whoever exalts race, or the people, or the State, or a particular form of State, or the depositories of power, or any other fundamental value of the human community - however necessary and honorable be their function in worldly things - whoever raises these notions above their standard value and divinizes them to an idolatrous level, distorts and perverts an order of the world planned and created by God; he is far from the true faith in God and from the concept of life which that faith upholds.

I didn't mean you were doing anything bad by exposing public sin. This isn't what I was referring to at all.

Since you said that you don't want to receive any PM, I asked you here.

I ask because I have an uncle who went to a catholic school in the 60's and he told me they taught him no salvation outside the Church.

So since I think you also went to school in the 60's, I was asking you if they taught you to shun public sinners.
