It's ridiculous that judges are allowed to dismiss any case as they wish, without granting an opportunity of debate for the plaintiff.

That's not a civilised society. That's a system ideal for cheaters and bribers. They talk about equal opportunity, but no opportunity if you face a rich cheater.
