    Yes, this. From what I've read so far, this leak is the first leak in the history of the SCOTUS and it was definitely done for the reason you say.

    • In a sense, this is really a garbage ruling:

    That's to say that the people's "elected representatives" can vote to permit murder.  No, people are endowed by Our Creator with the right to life (etc.).  It's not even a Constitutional issue.  To claim that it's OK for people to vote for murder is to undermine the God-given "right" to life.  Abortion need to be declared un-Constitutional and contrary to natural God-given rights.

    There's nothing in the Constitution, Alito, which allows people to vote away unalienable God-given rights.
