    • Joe Manchin basically killed the bill by crossing over.  That takes a lot of guts.  This makes him single-handedly responsible for it not passing, and he's very likely to suffer Leftists terrorist attacks.

    Although the Republicans claimed they had some kind of filibuster in play.
