  • And I hope they find and prosecute the Satanic dirtbag who leaked this.  It was clearly done to undermine the ruling ahead of time and to create pressure on SCOTUS to not issue the ruling, calling it a "mistrial".

  • All they have to do is say that abortion is murder, which is illegal in all 50 states and the District of Columbia (wait, not sure about the latter). ::)

  • In a sense, this is really a garbage ruling:

That's to say that the people's "elected representatives" can vote to permit murder.
Correct, this ruling is a back-handed way of actually confirming a "right" to abortion as long as the people vote for it. I suspect this ruling will prevent the Supreme Court from ever declaring abortion illegal as the "conservative" judges have now declared that abortion is indeed a right that can be given freely or restricted as the voters see fit. So while some states will ban it all together others will expand it, and other will fluctuate based on the political mood of the times.

According to Vox (voxday.net) the leak was from a clerk for Justice Sotomayer called Amit Jain.

  • Court has voted to overturn Roe, according to draft opinion:

leaked SCOTUS initial Dobbs v. Jackson opinion, Justice Alito circulated (10 Feb. 2022):

Alito's intro. (pp. 1-6) gives a good overview of Roe v. Wade, its arbitrary trimester scheme, and flaky justification.
    p. 2:
    Quote
[Roe's] survey of history ranged from the constitutionally irrelevant (e.g., its discussion of abortion in antiquity) to the plainly incorrect (e.g., its assertion that abortion was probably never a crime under the common law).
cf. Hilger's The Fake and Deceptive Science Behind Roe v. Wade: Settled Law v. Settled Science
    Planned Parenthood v. Casey's scrapping Roe's trimester scheme (p. 4):
    Quote
Casey threw out Roe’s trimester scheme and substituted a new rule of uncertain origin under which States were forbidden to adopt any regulation that imposed an “undue burden” on a woman'’s right to have an abortion.
    pp. 68-91: Appendix A:
    Quote
This appendix contains statutes criminalizing abortion at all stages of pregnancy in the States existing in 1868. The statutes appear in chronological order.
    pp. 92-98: Appendix B:
    Quote
This appendix contains statutes criminalizing abortion at all stages in each of the territories that became States and in the District of Columbia. The statutes appear in chronological order of enactment.

  • If this causes the Court to change their mind on Roe because of public pressure, then Justice Sotomayor should be impeached and arrested. The clerk goes too. Had this happened in Obama's term, it would've been a good reason (out of hundreds) to impeach him.

There is nothing stopping Congress from enacting a law that "Life begins at Fertilization"- they would have a fight and have to prove it (easily) but they couldn't overrule it based on its "unconstitutionality" now. It may never happen or get out of committee- but it is possible. That would eliminate individual  state's ability to enact baby killing as federal law would supercede it or....
The difficult task of a  Constitutional  Amendment protecting Life in the womb might actually be a possibility now. It would need 2/3 of the states for approval. Somehow now I think it is possible. These things could be done simultaneously.

Roe has been the stumbling block for all of these efforts for almost 50 years

  • There are also some people who are convinced that overturning Griswold vs. Connecticut (which legalizes contraception federally) and Obergefell v. Hodges (which legalizes homo "marriage") are next. Imagine that....

  • My fear is that O'Biden installs pedo-judge Jackson on the court as the 10th judge. She has already been approved and is just waiting in the wings for Breyer to leave.

No, the way this ruling appears to be worded, it's all about state's rights to decide the issue, so a federal law defining life as beginning at fertilization/conception would likely be struck down.  That's the sinister side of this ruling, as I pointed out earlier.  While it allows states to ban abortion, it also protects a state's alleged "right" to make it legal.  In fact, I could see some Satanic Blue states going hog wild now and passing partial-birth abortion and even infanticide laws.

So the argument you’re making is basically that the scotus judges should actually violate their oath of office to uphold the constitution and instead legislate from the bench in reverse.
perhaps you are correct about this. But even if so, I think we can be happy that they’re at least actually following the constitution over the left here.  Many babies will be saved because of this

When you consider that they tried to draft a Federal Marriage Amendment that failed in committee like six times, a "Life Begins At Fertilization" bill would be even harder

Perhaps. But they will still drive across state lines and get abortions.

Do you think the Satanists in charge are going to give up their sacrifices?

If SCOTUS strikes down Roe v Wade, then yes, it goes back to the states, as it was in the 60s.

A federal law "heartbeat"/conception law has never been passed (by the fake, RINO, neo-con "conservatives") so SCOTUS cannot unilaterally make this law.  It's up to the legislature.

  • How about a little reverse abortion? 2 daughters are lauded after they killed their mother. I met and talked to country music star Naomi Judd at my friend Mike's birthday party last year so when I heard she died I checked out the story.  Turns out her daughters Wynona and Ashley made a ѕυιcιdє pact with her and at least on Youtube, as fan comments reveal, it's all being well received.
