Start at 4:40 and listen to Kasich ramble on about how "it's like 24 hours since John McCain was put to death".  Then he realizes what he said, and totally switched topics to the "local community", when he was originally talking about Congress.  Total Freudian slip.  The deep state knows what happened and Kasich is definitely part of the deep state.

Maybe a slipup and he meant "put to rest"? McCain wasn't executed -- he had a form of brain cancer that literally, no one survives or is cured of.

Normally a body is discovered and the estimated time of death is given. In a hospital, unless a doctor is present, the exact time is not given.

The exact time of death in minutes is announced only when a person is executed.
