My intel has JFK opposed to the nuclear ambitions of "Israel", so they committed a blood sacrifice ritual on him on live TV. They did it live to also induce mass psychological trauma on the American people and to send an implicit message to future presidents that they're not really in charge, hence, they better get with the program or they'll be offed.
