A New Jersey law that permits assisted ѕυιcιdє went into effect after an Orthodox Jєωιѕн doctor lost in his bid to challenge the measure.
The Medical Aid in Dying for the Terminally Ill Act was to take effect Aug. 1, but a state Superior Court judge placed a temporary hold on the law pending appeals.
Dr. Yosef Glassman, a Bergen County geriatrician, had argued in his lawsuit that the measure requires him to violate his religious beliefs and profession as a doctor, either by facilitating a patient’s ѕυιcιdє or by referring him to another doctor who would be willing to handle the ѕυιcιdє.
The law allows terminally ill patients who are deemed by a doctor to have less than six months to live to life-ending drugs. The patient must administer the medication himself.
On Tuesday, a state appeals court overruled the Superior Court, saying it “failed to consider adequately the interests of qualified terminally-ill patients, who the Legislature determined have clearly prescribed rights to end their lives consistent with the Act,” The Associated Press reported.
Glassman immediately appealed to the state Supreme Court, but the appeal was rejected, which allowed the law to go into effect.

You are aware of Vatican II and the enormity of the crisis it caused, no?
You're aware the ѕуηαgσgυє of Satan played - and continues to play - in that subversion, no?
As to the supposedly virtuous Jew doctor to whom your post refers, does the existence of Yao Ming cause you to infer that the Chinese are a race of giants?

The "logic" to which your comment is responding is an example of why, generally, women should remain silent much more often when they feel driven to speak. They're simply not guided by logic and facts. They're guided far too often by their emotions which are manipulated. They lack the level of discernment and prudence of men. Blessed be St. Paul for instructing us to not allow women to speak in Church.
