I don't have direct proof, but there is evidence that X22 is part of a wider Kremlin "alt media" operation. There is a stable of Russian-backed "alternative" media sites that continuously refer to each other, and X33 is in there. Zerohedge is one of the biggest Kremlin organs in the "alternative" media.
"Dave" of X22 follows the typical script of constant fear mongering of "everything is fallin apart" and the West is to blame for all problems in the world. This is a classic Soviet narrative that you can find in that stable I mentioned above. The Kremlin is heavily involved in "alt" financial news.

This video is hard to listen to because of the affected accent of Weeping Angel.

However, it reveals a lot of compromising information about Wexner (organized Crime associate and Mossad agent) and Epstein.

Could he be Epstein's handler? Could Wexner be Epstein's Mossad superior?

Or at least his funder.  Reportedly that's how Epstein got from an obscure unremarkable broker at Bear Stearns to an incredibly wealth mover and shaker.
