Cute, shocking, etc. But I have to respond to this.
1. You have to give Truthers more credit. We would ask "cui bono?" and it would make NO sense for those who hated Our Lord to "fake" his Resurrection. They clearly would have wanted to COVER IT UP or hide the fact -- which in fact they did. So no, Truthers aren't that stupid. Our unapproved thinking, investigations, etc. always end up being proven correct, not wrong.
2. God is good, and He would never be unfair. If we were placed in a time as FULL OF LIES as the present day, God would understand an epic level of skepticism. He would deign to accompany with proving miracles, etc. because He would NEVER blame a poor victim assaulted by thousands of lies from his childhood, that said victim wasn't trusting enough! That would require malice AND cruelty -- both of which are foreign to the infinitely good God.
So I disagree on 2 points. 1. Truthers are smarter than that, and 2. the year 33 wasn't as full of lies, so you wouldn't have people gun-shy and afraid to believe the on-the-street or common narrative about *anything*.
Thanks for your post Matthew.
I gave Trump the benefit of the doubt in 2015. I voted for him, albeit reluctantly. As soon as I saw his political appointments, and discovered that Kissinger and Adelson were his advisors, and realized the ties of his disgusting son in law to Netanyahu, I immediately turned on him. My last recollection of his presidency is the covid press conferences and the nationwide riots. It literally turned my stomach. Everything he did with regard to covid, and his refusal to bring order to the cities that were being looted and burned, confirmed my 2016 decision to reject him as a most cunning enemy.
Nothing he has done since then can redeem him in my estimation. Look at his presiding over the horrifyingly evil spectacle of the RNC, including its "new" platform. Year after year, incident after incident, my original rejection is strengthened and validated.
The post you quoted implies that I have nothing to go on. That there is nothing tangibly evil about Trump and the entire election system. It implies that I make these things up, that I don't have a leg to stand on. It implies that I have no real evidence upon which to base my thinking. That is patently absurd.
My question to the person who posted that comment is: Do you understand how evil the RNC platform is? Do you understand Trump's role in locking down, looting, and poisoning America? Do you realize that Trump is completely controlled by the cabal? It is implied that I make things up and see evil where there is no evil. I wonder if that person does not make things up and see good where there is no good.
