    DAILYKENN.com -- Moroccans are significantly more likely to be convicted of crimes in The Netherlands relative to native Dutch. One Dutchman per 10,000 residents was convicted of a crime. The rate among Moroccans was 710 percent greater at 7.1 per 10,000 residents.

    The crime rate for "migrants" from the Dutch Antilles and Aruba was even higher at 9.6 per 10,000 or 960 percent greater than convictions for Dutchmen. 

    Other convictions of non-whites follow the trend. 5.8 for Surinamese migrants, 3.7 for Turkish migrants, and 3.3 for other non-western migrants.

    The government report reflects other data that confirms that criminal activity is an expression of genetic 'programming.'
