We need about 200,00 armed Americans down there- demand protection or WE will do it ourselves. Ohh...I am so mad about this...madder than I have been in a long time.

If he sends armed forces, Obama will lose a lot of support from illegal aliens, and anyone who loves illegal aliens. Even if he does send troops, the Republicans will still be mad at him for some other reason, and then he won't have the support of anyone. Go figure.

It's very basic politics; he's trying to reassure his next election. Then again, there's a whole boatload of inner politics that would make anyone vomit, so for all we know, this is a distraction from whatever the real issues are.

true, most are in 120+ countries elsewhere, protecting THEIR borders and enforcing a structure of Govt that we even are not (democracy).

so, the federalized National guard or citizens really are your only hope

true, GOP did nothing and most Catholics are gaga over illegals......GOP good at blaming, but left our borders wide open, despite their so called 'war o nterror" and telling us there were threats under every rock.well, excetpt I guess rocks around Neuvo laredo......

Veritatis is right. What happens when you place a rotten apple in a barrel of good apples? Or when the camel gets his nose under the tent? This will spread and soon enough.

Sure, not a problem. It is a news show interviewing a sheriff in AZ about the illegals who have taken over a state park and are moving in drugs and other illegals. The gov't has put up signs warning people not to go there as these illegals are armed and dangerous. Does that about cover it, you guys?

To add to Trinitys post- it goes inland from the border about 80 miles-that is what go me most-its not just at the border area, but deep into our land.

I called both my congressman and senator-the senators office actually called me back on Friday-so I guess my voice was at least heard by a staffer. Gave her an earfull.

As for the troops- I was actually talking about individual people-enough that they couldnt arrest them all :o)

I have no respect for the majority of Mexicans in the US. They are not even Catholic (I see them selling stuff in the streets all the time on Sundays and Holy Days. Very few attend the Latin Mass, at least in my area, even though they live right around parishes that offer it every day. I've seen a few now and then, and they are usually dressed immodestly, they also desecrate the image of Our Lady of Guadalupe and the Holy Rosary).

Mexico also treats illegal immigrants to their country very harshly.
