    • I read some comments here on CI and thought I'd create a thread where others can add what they've read elsewhere that says it all about the "danger" and "uniqueness" of Covid19 :

    If Covid19 is So Bad, How Come?

    One has to have a test to know if they are sick?

    The tent city homeless in San Francisco, LA, Seattle....  (who live on top of each other, kissing, fornicating, raping each other, have the poorest of nutrition, are on drugs and alcohol, share their needles, liquor, water, food), how come they are not dropping like flies?

    • It is a fraud. There might be some sort of corona virus, but everything from the lockdown measures to the diagnoses seem a sort of social control experiment, not a pandemic.

    Yes, this!

    The bit about the homeless not dying -- that is unprecedented for ANY pandemic. This was noticed by Dave Cullen and pointed out in many of his videos. Homeless men can't afford masks, they don't wear them, they CAN'T socially distance (if they don't interact with lots of people each day, they starve!) and their health isn't going to be great, considering their resources and lifestyle. And as mentioned, many of them are neck-deep in vice: fornication, other sɛҳuąƖ vices, drunkenness, drug use. If there were ever a real pandemic, they would be the first to be decimated.

    The homeless can't work from home or "tele-beg". They don't have PCs, and begging is most effective in person.

    • If this were a real pandemic, we would see dead bodies being taken away in droves. A close priest friend of mine told me that he knows of no priest in his entire diocese who has done a single covid funeral.

    • My local SPPX Chapel has HUNDREDS of people at every mass on Sunday. No masks, no stacks of dead people. Completely flies in the face of conventional wisdom.

    • This "pandemic" is so lame, if the fake news never reported it then everything would still be normal and, going by anecdotal and observational experience, nobody would even know there's "Covid" out there.

    • How come they want to force everyone to take a vaccine that saves your life? The people that have the shot are supposedly immune to COVID19, so why be scared of those that do not have the shot?  Why not just let the "fools" that do not want the shot to die off? The same people pushing the vaccine and the "pandemic" are also pushing the legalizing of euthanasia, so why not just let the "fools" that do not want the vaccine kill themselves off?

    • If COVID-19 is so bad, then how come people aren't socially distancing, self-isolating at home ON THEIR OWN, out of fear of the death/grave illness that they see all around them in their personal experience?

    Why does the media or government have to tell them what to do?

    Do you think the government mandated people sequester during the Black Death? Or did people naturally take measures of self-preservation when it was obvious that death was all around them?

    • If COVID-19 is so bad, then why does it only kill those who would have died of the flu? Mostly people over 80?

    Here are the death figures from my county's official website:

    Keep in mind, these are deaths for almost a WHOLE YEAR. Does anyone have data for how many people die of the flu per year, per 100,000 people? That would be most interesting.

    Update 11/20/20:
    COMAL county (156,209 pop.)
    398 active cases
    13 hospitalized
    Deaths: 125
    30-39: 1
    40-49: 2
    50-59: 5
    60-69: 15
    70-79: 36
    80+  : 66 <---- latest death

    And before you freak out about those few middle-aged deaths -- keep in mind that YES, OCCASIONALLY such individuals die of the flu every year. Especially in a big enough group.
    Also, we don't know the health status of any of these deaths. They may have been obese, with heart disease, asthma, diabetes, or countless other co-morbidities.

    Most of the deaths have occurred in individuals OVER THE AVERAGE LIFE EXPECTANCY. Let that sink in.

    America is not known as a nation of athletes. On the contrary! Our obesity epidemic and general poor health is legendary.

    The flu has been known to kill young people through what is called a CYTOKINE STORM -- basically your immune system goes crazy fighting the virus and ends up overloading the body, killing the patient.

    The fact is, those under 80 have much more to fear getting behind the wheel of their car, than they have to fear from this virus.

    • If masks work to prevent COVID-19, then HOW COME we're having a second wave/resurgence in recent weeks?

    Texas never ended its mandatory masking order. People have been masked up since July 1st, 2020, and yet -- the curve of cases seems to have a mind of its own, surging and retreating with the weather or natural seasons, completely ignoring the masks. Hmmm...

    Before you suggest that people aren't ACTUALLY WEARING masks, let me correct you -- I'm almost always the only guy in the store without a mask. I'd estimate 99 - 99.5% adoption rate.

    Everyone has been socially distancing, clarinet players in orchestras have to use special bags over their instruments, singers have to wear special duck-bill masks, you have to wear a mask as you walk to your table in a restaurant, limited capacity in most businesses, hand sanitizing stations EVERYWHERE, etc. -- and yet the Curve of cases has a mind of its own. Completely independent of mask wearing.

    It's almost as if the masks don't do jack ****!
