    • Matthew - I do want to thank you and give you a lot of credit.  Because, early on, you were very outspoken against any support for trump.  I butted heads with you about it.  But, it sobered me up quite a bit to where I had to reign in my support for trump.  I will say, that i did not vote for trump.  I voted for him in the primary, but not in the general. Because, I began to see how ruthless he would be as his campaign progressed.  And, I reasoned that it would be the same if he were elected.  He is not faithful.  He fired lewandowski like a dog because his daughter told him to.  And now, he fired syria and assad like a dog because his daughter told him to.  Trump is not going to be faithful to america.  He is a slave to his daughter, who he has probably enslaved(sɛҳuąƖly) to a certain degree.   The only way that we can get to the heart of Donald J Trump is to turn his heart back to his mother(who probably is a good influence on him) and away from his daughter(who has a bad influence on him).  Trump has made a mistake involving ivanka in this endeavor.  Trump should have involved donald Jr. instead.  I like donald jr, and he has the best influence on Trump.

    Donald Trump is simply a Zionist Republican warmongering dog. He should have never won the election.

    Every parish in this entire country in 3 years should pray rosaries and offer Masses and Holy Communions for his defeat before he gets this country into World War III because his kike adviser told him to.

    • Well, it didn't take very long to get a little crazy. I'm glad some people are starting to finally get over the Trump honeymoon! He was certainly a "better" choice than Hillary, but it was a false dilemma: both are enemies of the Church in their own ways. Catholics aren't meant to win elections.

    So now we get to see exactly how the US is supposed to navigate an impassable international scene. North Korea acts up, and China can't be relied upon to reel them in. China acts up over the South China Sea, Taiwan, and Russia isn't going to lift a finger. Russia acts up over Syria, Iran, and who's going to lend us a hand? Europe? Israel? :laugh2:

    Checkmate.

    We're surrounded by enemies and we've never operated from a Catholic standpoint in foreign affairs. I wonder where Fatima fits in? I'm still waiting for the Putin honeymoon to be over, but either way this year's "Victory Day" parade ought to be interesting!

    • April 25, 2017 (LifeSiteNews) – The Trump administration's Department of Justice (DOJ) caused surprise today by signaling that it intends to continue the Obama administration's court battle with the Little Sisters of the Poor and other religious groups over the HHS contraception mandate, at least for the time being.
    While Trump had promised on the campaign trail to drop the provision, the DOJ has now asked the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals for 60 more days to negotiate with East Texas Baptist University and other religious institutions to find a solution to their religious liberty concerns.
