I mean the democrats already had the majority in the senate. The democrats and republicans put up candidates in Georgia and we could argue about the "lesser of two evils" argument. But, with Warnock in office, nothing will get done for Georgia. With Walker, most likely the same thing.
The two party system is evil and will need a huge overhaul if it's gonna actually help the American people and especially traditional Catholics who are a minority. Only 2% of Georgia is Catholic down there in that protestant bible belt. We need to really discern who we vote for and I think it is okay not to vote for anyone if they are in conflict with catholic teaching or just a cookie-cutter politician who wants to make more out of their "career" or "legacy".
We also have a pope who is terrible and he does not of course follow the following teaching and if he does, he gets it wrong:
The Pope must sometimes warn us on political and other matters, because whatever nations or men do is either good or bad, just or unjust, and wherever the Pope discovers falsehood, wickedness or injustice he must speak against it and defend the truths of faith and morals. He must protect also the temporal rights and property of the Church committed to his care. - Baltimore Catechism Lesson 12 Section 538
