  • Cuomo's faith is important to him? What faith is that?
They must be referring to his luciferianism.

That aside, Cuomo DID excommunicate himself Latae Sententiae , but because of his grave public scandal, he must be excommunicated PUBLICLY;otherwise the sheep will just think killing almost born babies is just hunky -dorey with the Church.
I think, by his spiritual impotency and disregard of Church teaching, Cardinal Dolan excommunicated himself as well.

  • "As he continues to distance himself from our communion...."?

So just how far from your communion is he?

Typical Novus Ordo "bishop" speak.... ::)

Yes, "partial communion" is not Catholic; you're either a member of the Church or you're not.

Funny you should ask that question. When he was Cardinal Bergoglio of Buenow Aires, Pope Francis said that any Catholic politician who voted for abortion should consider himself excommunicated.

Cuomo: ‘Extreme conservatives … have no place in the state of New York’

    https://blog.timesunion.com/capitol/archives/203801/cuomo-extreme-conservatives-have-no-place-in-the-state-of-new-york/

    Quote
Are they these extreme conservatives who are right-to-life, pro-assault-weapon, anti-gαy? Is that who they are? Because if that’s who they are and they’re the extreme conservatives, they have no place in the state of New York, because that’s not who New Yorkers are.

    2 Corinthians 4:3-4

And if our gospel be also hid, it is hid to them that are lost, In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of unbelievers, that the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should not shine unto them.

  • This worker of iniquity shares the same sewer with Peℓσѕι, Maxine, Schumer and all the rest of the liberals law makers, including the conciliar hierarchy. Their time is coming, won't they be surprised! Lord have mercy.

"...Now death and nature with surprise, behold the trembling sinners rise, to meet the Judge's searching eyes..."

Can. 1398 — Qui abortum procurat, effectu secuto, in excommunicationem latae sententiae incurrit.
[He who procures a completed abortion incurs latæ sententiæ excommunication.]
    1917:
    Quote
Can. 2350. par. 1. Procurantes abortum, matre non excepta, incurrunt, effectu secuto, in excommumcationem latae sententiae Ordinario reservatam; et si sint clerici, praeterea deponantur.
[Those who procure a completed abortion, the mother not excepted, incur latæ sententiæ excommunication reserved to the Ordinary; and if this are clerics, may they also be deposed/defrocked.
It's interesting the 1917 Code explicitly mentions the mother.

I am relying on memory. It was before he was Pope. While he was the cardinal of Buenos Aires he had a difficult relationship with the Kirchner government. In fact it was so difficult that observers familiar with the situation were surprised when he welcomed her to the Vatican shortly after his election.

That is in the Code of Canon Law. It includes everybody who participates in the abortion, the mother, the doctor, any nurses who assist in the procedure, the person who pays for the procedure, the person who provides transportation, any volunteer 'escorts' who assist the person from their car into the waiting room, and the receptionist at the abortionist office.
