    Hannity  v  Ingraham

Last night Hannity showed a clip where Katy Perry kissed a young kid who said something like (before that happened) that he was saving himself for the right girl. Hannity laughed it off but Ingraham did not. I wish I could remember her exact words, but maybe my own words will suffice, meaning... here are my thoughts about it and I think Ingraham would agree: Katy Perry was out of line, at best, guilty of a low-level assault at the worst. Hollywood people are like prominent politicians: they think they should be able to get away with anything short of murder. And of course, they do get away with these kind of things. We the People let them.

I am not saying what she did rises to the level of a felony or anything like that. But good grief... Perry trespassed against this kid.

How would you feel if the neighbor lady (a decade older than your son) down the street did that to YOUR kid? But Hollywooders get away with this kind of thing, just like the lawless people in government do—the ones who sell 20% of our uranium to the Soviets, the ones who smash Blackberries that have classified, subpoenaed information in them... )

And no, I am not comparing what those creeps in DC do to what Perry did. Perry did not endanger US security (the lives of 320 million Americans)... What I am doing is: focusing on LAWLESSNESS, which will be (no, is) society's down-fall.

We are a nation of people who cannot trust one another because of this rampant, ubiquitous, largely un-checked lawlessness, this apparently-total disrespect for others...

Some people act like others are put on this earth just for THEIR use or abuse, and not much more. That is a scary attitude to have pervading our society... and it looks like things are only going to get worse.

Where are the Catholics in this? They are going to Mass, saying rosaries... Great, they should definitely be doing that. But they should also be doing things like: calling their Senators and Representatives, trying to change things.

  • so whom do you agree with?

will it divide along gender lines?

what if it had been an older male who did this to a young girl?
