    I've been watching it today and it's all rather boring. It's pretty much all just 85 versions of the same speech with the following four points:

    "Republicans are America's future!"

    "I'm diverse! Look at me!"

    "We can't have 4 more years of Obama's policies!"

    "God bless America!"

    All political conventions are boring unless you're a political junkie and one of the movers and shakers in a political party.  They're like a Protestant revival service.  The purpose of the convention is to recharge the ground troops and get them fired up to do all the leg work necessary to get people out to vote just like Protestants go to Sunday services to revive the "spirit".

    Frankly, no one who doesn't already know for whom they are going to vote has no business voting because they are stupid.  Unfortunately, Americans seem to think stupid people have a constitutional right to vote.

    Also a lot of bowing down, facing Mecca and praying five times a day to the ghost of Ronald Reagan, Republican saint. They LOVE him.

    Thank God that this female didn't get her way, or the way that many would have liked to see it go!  

    I'm by no means a Trump supporter, but if this "Never Trump" movement took a stronghold in this convention, it would almost with absolute certainty have resulted in a "Crooked Hillary" win.
