March 10, 2015 The Government of Peru rejected same sex marriage.
March 22, 2015 Over a half a million people of Peru had their Prolife march called day of the unborn.

This is good news. But I predict the measure will be back. Unless Peru becomes a Islamic State, ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖ marriage will eventually be approved there. It will certainly be approved there when (not if) the Vatican officially approves the practice.

Yep.
Abortion and sodomite 'rights' as state approved is spreading in South America. This from February:

Chilean government to end opposition to same-sex marriage

Side note: when we lived in South America, the reason we never visited Peru is that there was not ONE traditional latin mass in the entire country. Not sure if that has changed. In light of the lack of religious tradition, it's miraculous that Peru has staved this off for this long.
