Welp, they're getting what they worship: more money. $90 billion from the German government was obviously not enough... so let's tack on $200 million more. Will that be enough? Something tells me in the next few years, they'll be asking for demanding more.


Germany to increase reparation to h0Ɩ0cαųst survivors
Germany will transfer $200 million to survivors still living in the former Soviet Union.

BERLIN – Germany will increase the amount of reparations it transfers to h0Ɩ0cαųst survivors and will expand the circle of survivors entitled to them, following negotiations it has been conducting with the Claims Conference – The Conference on Jєωιѕн Material Claims against Germany.
 
German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schaeuble and Claims Conference chairman Julius Berman signed on Wednesday a renewed agreement that permanently establishes the agreements reached by the sides in recent years.

“We have worked for decades to achieve recognition of h0Ɩ0cαųst survivors who have remained in the countries of the former Soviet Union,” said Berman. “There are cases in which two sisters fled into the USSR together but one of them, who now lives in the United States, can receive reparations while the other, who has remained in Ukraine, cannot receive anything. Justice has to be done based on history and not on geography.”

Schaeuble spoke in a similar vein: “Individuals persecuted by the nαzιs in Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union will receive reparations from Germany for the suffering they experienced. There are people there who to this day have not been entitled to this.”

The aid will go to approximately 80,000 Jєωs from the former Soviet Union who are still living in Eastern Europe and have never received reparations from Germany for their suffering during the h0Ɩ0cαųst. Tens of thousands of these elderly people will receive a one-time sum of 2,556 euros each, for a total of about $200 million. Moreover, the stipends received by survivors in Eastern Europe and Western Europe will be equalized, so that all of them will receive 300 euros.

Shlomo Gur, a veteran activist of the Claims Conference in Israel, told Haaretz: “This is a breakthrough. The most unfortunate Jєωs, refugees and victims of the h0Ɩ0cαųst who are living in places like Ukraine, Russia and Belarus will at long last receive this grant, for the first time.”

According to him, the Claims Conference has already contacted most of those eligible and has instructed them on how to apply for the grant. “The aspiration is that in two or three years this move will be completed,” Gur said.

Along with this, the most significant change agreed upon between the Claims Conference and Germany is the establishment of a three-year plan whereby the amount of money Germany transfers under the rubric of “home-help hours” to h0Ɩ0cαųst survivors in Israel and elsewhere will be increased significantly. In the framework of the renewed agreement, in 2012 Germany will transfer about $177 million for this purpose; in 2013 it will transfer about $191 million and in 2014, about $196 million. For the sake of comparison, the sum for 2012 represents an increase of 15 percent relative to the sum transferred for similar purposes in 2011.

The traitors among Catholics and Germans and other European peoples who smear and persecute those who expose the "worldwide designs" (Archbishop Lefebvre) of the Jєωs really need to be dealt with.

Our Faith and our very future as a people are threatened by the Jєωs and those that betray their fellow Catholics and countrymen for Jєωιѕн favor.

Unfortunately, Tele, I think that this is precisely one of the problems of the Crisis.  How can Catholics persevere in the true Faith without a single, orthodox, sovereign authority to draw the perametres and mete out discipline ?  I agree about the need, however.  I am just not sure about us having the means to meet the need.  That is why I encourage all Catholic men to flee to the mountains and keep their own houses in order.  God will send us what we need at the predestined moment.

There are many good posts already on courage and cowards.  As well as the instructions in the Bible.  Where is our light; under a bushel?  What of the saints and martyrs?  We have our authority - the Church of 2,000 years.  I have read excellent post after post on this site about defending the faith.  We have many good sermons to go by from the past to the present.  Some of us are under difficult circuмstances because we point out errors in the Society or support the priests and the bishop who have done so.  We are accused of making mountains out of molehills and ridiculed.  We are obliged to point out errors, and are persecuted because of it - so be it.  What makes them happy; our silence.

Do we have an issue about authority missing in the church today?  Then why are we attending Masses at the SSPX chapels? They don't have the local ordinary permission to be here in the first place.

We already know from Catholic Prophecy this was going to happen.  I think, if I remember right, it was Our Lady of LaSallate who told us to be "children of light".

It is God who will send us to the mountains at the predestined moment - if need be.  For now, I appreciate those who call this a "resistance" and belong to it.
