  • The FBI has arrested three police officers and a sergeant in East Haven, Ct., amid widespread allegations that their department treated racial minorities unfairly. The department has been under investigation after myriad accusations that police harassed Hispanic residents with false arrests and predatory traffic stops. The officers were charged with deprivation of rights, conspiracy against rights, and obstruction. The Justice Department said in a report that the officers had deliberately targeted Latinos for harassment and that there were “serious deficiencies” in the way the East Haven department was run.

  • I have friends and family members who are cops. I can't speak to the specific cases you posted AB, but I can tell you that EVERYONE who I know who is a cop (4 cousins, and another 3 friends) uses race as a huge determining factor in the cities they work in. The majority of them work in the greater LA area. Usually, its blacks I hear them speaking about. Though they'd never admit it officially, they take into consideration race in their daily work. Do I blame them? Nope.

LAPD refers to blacks, or did at one time, as "male usuals".  Not sure what the new appellation is.

  • The drug war-- not race-- is why so many alleged minorities are in jail. Like Prohibition, the drug has created a criminal class.
There Is No Such Thing As 'Sede Vacantism'...
nor is there such thing as a 'Feeneyite' or 'Feeneyism'

Actually it is a "race" war.....

Drugs are but a symptom of a greater problem.

Just to add, the Gov't and pharmaceutical companies are pushing more drugs now than ever.
