The leaks purportedly revealed that a top secret CIA unit used the German city of Frankfurt as starting point for numerous hacking attacks on Europe, China & Middle East.

German daily “Süddeutsche Zeitung” reported the building was known to be home to a vast network of intelligence personnel including CIA agents, NSA spies, military secret service personnel, Department of Homeland Security employees & Secret Service employees.

“It reported the Americans had also established a dense network of outposts and shell companies in Frankfurt. It appears the CIA was using the same foreign data center to hack the US elections… and got caught.”

“This may be why, as the Gateway Pundit reports, the CIA was kept completely out of the server raid operation rumored in Germany. The raid was likely leveled against the CIA’s own server farm that ran the remote Dominion-Scytl hacking operation the night of the election!”

Secret Germany Raid Reveals CIA Ties to US Election Fraud




More intelligence and reports are coming out to help Americans connect the dots of the election fraud carried out by Deep State operatives.
This information could also explain why Defense Secretary Mark Esper was terminated by President Donald Trump last week.

We know that Dominion and SmartTech are two companies that have played a roll in manipulating vote ballot fraud in key swing states in the 2020 U.S. presidential election. These are foreign companies.

Days after it was revealed how 2020 US Elections were rigged by Canadian Crown Agent Dominion Voting Systems through a so-called “glitch”, now GreatGameIndia has found involvement of another dubious foreign company in US Election meddling.
The votes cast by Americans were counted by a bankrupted Spanish company Scytl in Spain.

Like Dominion Voting Systems, Scytl has a long history of election fraud in various nations including injecting backdoors in its election software.
The issue has prompted experts to question why the sensitive job of counting votes was outsourced to a foreign company? How could a bankrupted Spanish company count American votes in Spain? Due to such widespread fraud, the Chairman of the US Federal Election Commission Trey Trainor believes that the 2020 US Presidential Elections is illegitimate.
Texas representative Louis Gohmert (R) confirmed the US military conducted a raid on the server headquarters of the now-bankrupt Scytl company in Barcelona, Spain.

The Gateway Pundit, a reliable news organization that often corrects the lies of mainstream media propaganda, reported:
The US government, once they determined that this Dominion server was involved in switching votes, then the intelligence community began a search for the server and discovered that the server was in Germany.
In order to get access to that server and have it available for use in a legal manner they had to have the State Department work in tandem with the Department of Justice. They had to request that the government of Germany cooperate in allowing this seizure of this server.
The appropriate docuмents required to affect that kind of seizure were put in place, signed off on, and it appears there was also US military support in this operation. The US military was not in the lead.
This helps explain why Esper was fired and retired Green Beret Christopher Miller and Kash Patel were put in place — so that the military would not interfere with the operation in any way.

By getting ahold of the server they now are going to have the direct evidence of when they were instructed to stop counting. They will also discover who gave the direction to stop counting and who initiated the algorithm that started switching votes. The CIA was completely excluded from this operation.

Now enters WikiLeaks. On Tuesday, WikiLeaks released 8,761 docuмents showing specific details of secret CIA hacking.
This included “malware, viruses, trojans, weaponized ‘zero day’ exploits, malware remote control systems and associated docuмentation.”
These leaks may have revealed “that a top secret CIA unit used the German city of Frankfurt am Main as the starting point for numerous hacking attacks on Europe, China and the Middle East.“

Additional leaks are indicating the CIA may have used this foreign data center to hack the US elections. But one thing interfered–they got caught.

This could be the reason the CIA was kept completely out of the Germany server raid operation. Could this have been the server farm that ran the remote Dominion hacking operation the night of the election?
Trump attorney Sidney Powell, being  interviewed live Friday by Lou Dobbs on Fox Business, described “staggering statistical evidence” and “staggering witness testimony” about the criminal election fraud that was carried out across America. She adds, “If you want to talk about foreign election interference, we certainly have it now.”

Sidney told Lou’s audience about the Hammer and Scorecard software that was used to steal Trump votes in Michigan.
“They need to investigate the likelihood that 3% of the vote total was changed in the pre-election voting ballots that were collected digitally by using the Hammer program and the software program called Scorecard,” Powell said. “That would have amounted to a massive change in the vote. It would have gone across the country and it explains a lot of what we’re seeing.”

Update: The "last Tuesday" referred to was  in 2017. So this Wikileak dump in 2017, exposing the corruption of the CIA, has been known. The German newspaper report on CIA corruption is recent, as is the raid.

I am still able to sign in using a different computer.     When I type in cathinfo on my search engine the immediate message is cathinfo did not

Judge Rules Trump Campaign May Present Evidence That Could Potentially Overturn Results In Nevada

A judge in Nevada has just ruled that the Trump campaign may present evidence of fraud in the 2020 election.
This is a major development and has the potential to overturn the Nevada results.
The Washington Examiner reports:

In its first court victory, a Nevada judge has agreed to let the Trump campaign present its evidence that fraud and illegalities plagued the state’s election, enough to reverse Joe Biden’s win and set an example for other state challenges.
According to Trump officials, the judge set a Dec. 3 hearing date and is allowing 15 depositions. What’s more, the campaign plans to present its evidence that could result in the rejection of tens of thousands of mail-in ballots in Democratic Clark County where Biden ballots outnumbered Trump ballots by 91,000 in unofficial results.

Pennsylvania Judge Patricia A. McCullough filed a Memorandum of Opinion on Friday finding the Pennsylvania preliminary Election Certification injunction was proper and should be upheld.
“The issue in this case is whether legislative expansion of absentee balloting to broad mail-in balloting violated the Pennsylvania Constitution,” Legal ιnѕυrrєcтισn reported. “It’s not clear what the relief would be; the petitioners seek to preclude the Secretary of State from transmitting the certification or otherwise perfecting the electoral college selections.”
McCullough outlined the claim by the Trump legal team:

In the Petition, Petitioners allege that the Act of October 31, 2019, P.L. 552, No. 77 (Act 77), which added and amended various absentee and mail-in voting provisions in the Pennsylvania Election Code (Election Code),1 is unconstitutional and void ab initio because it purportedly contravenes the requirements of the Pennsylvania Constitution. Petitioners allege that Article VII, section 14 of the Pennsylvania Constitution provides two exclusive mechanisms by which a qualified elector may cast his or her vote in an election: (1) by submitting his or her vote in propria persona at the polling place on election day; and (2) by submitting an absentee ballot, but only if the qualified voter satisfies the conditions precedent to meet the requirements of one of the four, limited exclusive circuмstances under which absentee voting is authorized under the Pennsylvania constitution. (Petition, ¶16.) Petitioners allege that mail-in voting in the form implemented through Act 77 is an attempt by the legislature to fundamentally overhaul the Pennsylvania voting system and permit universal, no-excuse, mail-in voting absent any constitutional authority. Id., ¶17. Petitioners argue that in order to amend the Constitution, mandatory procedural requirements must be strictly followed. Specifically, pursuant to Article XI, Section 1, a proposed constitutional amendment must be approved by a majority vote of the members of both the Pennsylvania House of Representatives and Senate in two consecutive legislative sessions, then the proposed amendment must be published for three months ahead of the next general election in two newspapers in each county, and finally it must be submitted to the qualified electors as a ballot question in the next general election and approved by a majority of those voting on the amendment. According to Petitioners, the legislature did not follow the necessary procedures for amending the Constitution before enacting Act 77 which created a new category of mail-in voting; therefore, the mail-in ballot scheme under Act 77 is unconstitutional on its face and must be struck down. Id., ¶¶27, 35-37. As relief, Petitioners seek, inter alia, a declaration and/or injunction that prohibits Respondents from certifying the November 2020 General Election results, which include mail-in ballots that are permitted on a statewide basis and are allegedly improper because Act 77 is unconstitutional.

The judge also found that Trump’s legal team established a “likelihood to succeed” in proving their constitutional argument that universal mail-in ballots violated the Constitution.

Accordingly, in careful consideration [on November 25] of the exigencies and time constraints in this matter of statewide and national import, and the longstanding constitutional mandate that every citizen of this Commonwealth is entitled to no less than a fair and free election, it was necessary [on November 25] to preliminarily enjoin, on an emergency and temporary basis, Executive Respondents from undertaking any other actions with respect to the certification of the results of the presidential and vice presidential elections, if indeed anything else needs to be done, pending an evidentiary hearing to ascertain the facts of this matter and to determine if the dispute is moot….
Based upon the record before it, this Court has sufficient grounds to enjoin Respondents from further certification activities on an emergency preliminary basis, pending the results of the evidentiary hearing it had scheduled for this date, after which the Court would have determined if a preliminary injunction should issue.4 Since the Court is sitting in equity it has the power to fashion such relief as it is vitally important that the status quo be preserved pending further judicial scrutiny….
Additionally, Petitioners appear to have established a likelihood to succeed on the merits because Petitioners have asserted the Constitution does not provide a mechanism for the legislature to allow for expansion of absentee voting without a constitutional amendment. Petitioners appear to have a viable claim that the mail-in ballot procedures set forth in Act 77 contravene Pa. Const. Article VII Section 14 as the plain language of that constitutional provision is at odds with the mail-in provisions of Act 77. Since this presents an issue of law which has already been thoroughly briefed by the parties, this Court can state that Petitioners have a likelihood of success on the merits of its Pennsylvania Constitutional claim.

Thousands of people registered and voted in Georgia using addresses of postal facilities or businesses, but making it look like they were residential addresses, according to a former Trump campaign official whose team analyzed the states’ voter data.
The addresses listed on the voter rolls included information that didn’t make sense for the actual locations, but on paper made the addresses look like residential ones, according to information published by Matt Braynard, former data and strategy director for President Donald Trump’s 2016 election campaign.
“Georgia: We have identified over a thousand early/abs votes cast by individuals whose registered addresses are in fact at post offices, UPS, and FedEx locations, wilfully disguising the box numbers as ‘Apt,’ ‘Unit,’ etc.,” he said in a Nov. 22 tweet.
He published a sample of 15 such address entries in a Nov. 24 tweet.
“With just a partial review of the state,” he said, the team also discovered “a thousand votes cast by those registered in non-residential, purely commercial addresses also disguised with ‘Apt,’ etc.”
He added that these were “the residential addresses, not mailing addresses” that the voters have listed.
Nearly all those “who disguised a postal facility as their residential address” used an absentee ballot to vote, he said.
Georgia election law says that “the residence of any person shall be held to be in that place in which such person’s habitation is fixed, without any present intention of removing therefrom.”
Anyone who “knowingly gives false information when registering as an elector” can be charged with a felony and put in prison for up to 10 years or fined up to $100,000, the law says.
The office of Georgia Secretary of State didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.
Trump trails his opponent, former Vice President Joe Biden, by less than 13,000 votes in Georgia.
Other Findings
Braynard’s team also found some 1,400 voters in Pennsylvania listing postal facility addresses as residential, he said.
Braynard previously reported that large percentages of registered Republicans in several battleground states said they returned their absentee ballots, even though the states’ data indicated they didn’t.
Of the 1,137 Pennsylvania GOP voters reached on the phone who did request a ballot, nearly 42 percent said they mailed the ballots back, but the state data shows the ballots weren’t received or counted, he said.
The office of the Pennsylvania Secretary of State didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.
In Arizona, 50 percent of Republican voters reached over the phone had the same story, as well as 44 percent in Georgia, nearly 33 percent in Michigan, and 20 percent in Wisconsin.
In Pennsylvania, over 160,000 uncounted mail-in ballots were requested by or in the name of registered Republicans.
If the voters the team reached in the state reflect the broader population of voters, it would mean nearly 40,000 of them returned their ballots, or at least believe they did, according to the sworn affidavit of Steven Miller, mathematics professor at Williams College (pdf).
Braynard said he’ll soon publish a white paper on his findings.
