• Mark Zuckerberg paying for election operations, vote counting across U.S.

Facebook magnate Mark Zuckerberg and his wife gave a nonprofit $400 million to pay election workers, train poll workers and rent polling locations for the Nov. 3 vote in various states.
The Zuckerbergs’ largesse is an unprecedented private expenditure on a process long held to be an exclusively public operation and has spurred at least nine lawsuits challenging the effort by the Center for Tech and Civil Life.

The donation to the center roughly equals what Congress appropriated to the states in this year’s CARES Act to pay for running elections in 2020 amid the tumult of the COVID-19 pandemic, critics charged.
“We’ve invited billionaires into the counting room and it will undermine the integrity of our elections. It’s unprecedented,” said Phill Kline, director of the Amistad Project, an initiative started by the conservative Thomas More Society to defend civil liberties.
“We are headed toward a situation in which Big Tech controls the flow of information and the election process. These are the first things any oligarchy wants to control when it takes power.”
The Center for Tech and Civic Life, which was established in 2015, received $300 million from Mr. Zuckerberg’s wife, Priscilla Chan, on Sept. 1 and then another $100 million on Oct. 13, according to the center’s press releases.
Among the group’s top directors are three people who were previously cyberspace operatives with the liberal grassroots group New Organizing Institute, according to the nonprofit’s website.
The center did not respond to questions from The Washington Times.
The Zuckerbergs’ second contribution came after nine court challenges in state and federal courts failed at the first level, though eight cases remain active on appeal. The center indicated some of the money will go to lawyers defending their operation.
Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry, whose office filed a lawsuit initially rejected by a district court judge, said private money spent in any amount on elections is “inherently insidious.”
“Irrespective of whether the court rules in our favor or not, we believe it is still illegal and improper for state election officials to take money in the manner they are giving it out,” he said.
Mr. Landry has asked the district court to reconsider its ruling, and he plans to appeal if it is upheld.
He likened the project, which involves “money being sprinkled around the country in an inequitable manner,” to an “invisible hand” that could influence how ballots are collected and counted.
“And we’ve got enough money,” Mr. Landry said of Louisiana’s election apparatus. “If Zuckerberg wants to do this, he should give the money through proper channels so we don’t have corporate boardrooms and billionaires spending the money.”
It is not clear exactly how the money is being spent.
More than 2,100 local election jurisdictions applied for grants that can be used for drive-through voting, poll worker recruitment, hazard pay, training and polling place rental, among other items, according to the website.
The Center for Tech and Civic Life website also says it does not serve partisan interests and is not trying to influence the elections’ outcome.
Mr. Kline contends that is exactly the project’s goal.
One of the complaints says that the group distributed money primarily in grants to Democratic regions. Thus far, that argument has not held up in court and is based on what critics acknowledge is an incomplete picture of how much the group has spent and where it has done so.
A graphic at the group’s website, however, does show heavy grant-giving in traditionally blue areas. A red dot on a U.S. map is used to show each grant application the nonprofit received, and the dots virtually cover Michigan’s mitten and are thickly clustered along the Northeastern seaboard.
The center, which says it trains election workers and seeks to expand voter information, says on its website that more than 80 million voters in 2018 — more than two-thirds of the total ballots cast nationwide — were “served by election officials trained by CTCL.”
The Amistad Project said that through legal pleadings it uncovered correspondence between the group and Cory Mason, the Democratic mayor of Racine, Wisconsin, last April. In it, the the center offers Mr. Mason $100,000 of which $60,000 can be for Racine and the rest spent on getting heavily Democratic areas near Racine to file grant applications.
In Philadelphia, long a Democratic stronghold, money provided by the center is to be used to establish 800 polling places, an increase of 76% from the number of polling places the city had in the primaries, according to an August email sent to the center by Nick Custodio, a deputy commissioner in the Philadelphia election office.
“The number of total ballots cast is expected to be between 730,000 and 800,000,” Mr. Custodio writes in bold, figures that would mark between a 21% and 25% increase from the total number of Philadelphia voters in the 2012 and 2016 elections.
Philadelphia voters traditionally break about 70% to 30% in favor of Democratic candidates, and the city with its former polling places produced some 600,000 votes in the 2012 and 2016 elections. Mr. Trump won Pennsylvania in 2016 by fewer than 45,000 votes.
Mr. Landry said one way the grant money could be used would be to send out prepaid return ballots in heavily Democratic districts around New Orleans, “while some guy in a rural parish still has to buy his 50-cent stamp.”
The deadline for election officials to apply for a grant from the center has passed, according to the website.
“They’re betting the law won’t respond in time to stop this project,” Mr. Kline said. “And they’re probably right, but they know it’s wrong.”
Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry, whose office filed a lawsuit initially rejected by a district court judge, said private money spent in any amount on elections is “inherently insidious.”

• More Than 10,000 Dead People Cast Ballots in Michigan, Analysis Shows
Epoch Times

More than 10,000 people confirmed or suspected dead have returned their mail-in ballots to vote in Michigan, according to an analysis of the state’s election data.
About 9,500 voters confirmed dead through the Social Security Death Index (SSDI) are marked in the state’s mail voting database as having returned ballots. Another nearly 2,000 are 100 years old or more and aren’t listed as known living centenarians.
The analysis was provided by Richard Baris, director of Big Data Poll.
The data indicates that somebody else was trying to vote on behalf of these people.
“It’s also entirely possible that some of them aren’t even real people,” Baris told The Epoch Times via email. “If someone is 110 or some ridiculous age, we should have their death record but do not.”
Americans older than 110 are exceedingly rare; only a handful of such seniors are known to live in Michigan.
According to the 2010 Census, there were 1,729 centenarians in Michigan (pdf).
Even if somebody tried to vote on behalf of a deceased person, the vote would be rejected, according to Tracy Wimmer, spokeswoman for the Michigan secretary of state.
“Ballots of voters who have died are rejected in Michigan, even if the voter cast an absentee ballot and then died before Election Day,” she previously told The Epoch Times via email.
However, Baris isn’t convinced.
“While I’m open to the idea some of these have been rejected, I’m not open to any outright dismissal they all were rejected,” he said in a Nov. 8 tweet.
The data on how many ballots were rejected isn’t available yet, Wimmer said.
She said that “a ballot received for a living voter may be recorded in a way that makes it appear as if the voter is dead.”
“This can be because of voters with similar names, where the ballot is accidentally recorded as voted by John Smith Sr., when it was actually voted by John Smith Jr., or because of inaccurately recorded birth dates in the qualified voter file.”
This only happens “on rare occasions,” she said.
Democratic nominee Joe Biden leads in Michigan by less than 150,000 votes. The Trump campaign filed a lawsuit in Michigan to halt vote counting until Republican observers are granted adequate access. The GOP-led Michigan legislature is investigating allegations of election irregularities in the state.
In a Nov. 9 lawsuit, a Detroit poll watcher alleged thousands of mail-in ballots from people who weren’t properly registered to vote were added to vote counts.
Poll operators were adding names and addresses to the poll book with made-up birth dates, such as 1/1/1900, he said in a sworn affidavit.
Baris said the mail voting data he worked from likely isn’t up to date enough to capture any irregularities that happened Election Day and after.
“If they did that on Election Day in Michigan, then we likely wouldn’t know until December,” he said. “If it is true, then they’d, unfortunately, get away with it in the short-term.”
President Donald Trump is challenging the results of the elections in several states where Biden holds a tight lead. The Trump campaign is alleging invalid ballots were counted for Democrats, valid ballots were thrown away for Republicans, and Republican ballot watchers were prevented from meaningfully observing the vote-counting process.

• RealClear Politics Took AZ, GA & PA away from Biden & CNN took AZ

RealClear Politics took AZ, GA, PA away from Biden, CNN took AZ

By: M. Dowling

Despite the media declaring Joe Biden the President-Elect, real clear politics has not called the race. Newsmax has not either.

In fact, Joe Biden has only 259 Electoral votes on the RCP map today, despite the victory and ‘inaugural-style’ celebrations held by the Biden campaign and hawked by the propaganda media.

If Joe Biden were to lose after all the propaganda, the media has set us up for serious riots or worse.

CNN appears to have taken Arizona away from Biden. The next image is from CNN’s 2020 election site this morning at 6:00 am.

Fraud Could Be a Problem

There are serious fraud allegations, so much so that Bill Barr has ordered an investigation. In doing so, one of his top attorneys resigned in protest.

Richard Pilger, director of the elections crimes branch in the Justice Department’s Public Integrity Section, told colleagues in an email that the attorney general was issuing a new policy that violates past non-interference pacts. Pilger is only resigning from that position in the Department.

NO, BIDEN’S NOT THE PRESIDENT-ELECT

Biden does not become President until the elections are certified, and the Electoral College says it is so. The Electoral College meets on December 14th, but this year could be different. If the election is still in doubt, President Trump could ask state legislatures to use their plenary powers and set aside all tainted tallies. Democrats only control one state that is in doubt — Nevada.

Contrary to Barack Obama’s 2008 declaration, there is no office of the President-Elect. It’s not a position; it’s a title, one he does not yet have.

The media does not pick the president.

There are rumors Mitt Romney accepted a position with the Biden administration, that could be the shortest on record.

State governors and courts do not have a say over how elections are held. Pennsylvania changed the rules based on Governor Wolf’s and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s direction, but that isn’t the Federal election law.

The newly-constituted Pennsylvania rules allowed for only a minimal signature match and no dates on ballots. The state also set up a star chamber, banning Republican observers or placing them so far away, they couldn’t see anything. This alone might not be enough to overturn Pennsylvania, but there are other potential fraud cases in the state.

During the elections of 1800 and 1824, the election ended up in the U.S. House of Representatives, Mike Walsh states at The Epoch Times. Each state delegation gets one vote, and that means Trump wins 31-18. The majority of people live in those states and would defeat the minority Democrats.

There is evidence of fraud in several other key swing states. If nothing else, it is odd that Democrats lost House seats, probably lost the Senate, and didn’t increase statehouses. Yet, they won the presidency.

This is how the people voted for the House:

Yet, we are to believe that in one state, hundreds of thousands of voters allegedly only marked off the president’s box for Biden. They ignore all the others.

We don’t know if there is fraud, but we know there is evidence of fraud that must be investigated, no matter how it turns out.

The media cannot be allowed to pick the President.

Their power is already overarching.

For Trump to win is a heavy lift. But fraud must be investigated.

• Good idea to pray for Trump.
When we pray for Trump, we're praying for:
the babies
families
innocent children who certain people seek to corrupt
conscience
liberty
withdrawals from wars
no Communism, no socialsim
no more rioting, looting, arson and attacks on police
no more cancel culture

Remember when he said: "They're not coming for me, they're coming for you. I'm just standing in the way."

That is why I have 2 Trump bumper stickers and a T-shirt. There are only 2 sides in this fight: good and evil. If you try to be a third side, you're helping the revolutionaries (evil).

And in a bizarre twist of fate, Trump has been placed at the head of the "good" side: those who are defending all that is still good in America, starting with freedom. Especially freedom to practice your religion fully. Religious indifferentism isn't good, but letting Trad Catholics have their little chapels and attend Mass whenever they want IS a good thing. You don't get that in China, boys and girls.

Trump might not be a saint (far from it), but the fact is that he's the captain of this band. We must/should support him in his last stand against totalitarianism and evil.
