After getting involved in a morally obliged not morally obliged debate with another traditional catholic, I looked around on the internet trying to find something that could clarify what I think. I am sure that many of you have heard of Dr. Thomas Drolesky - he wrote a couple articles regarding this subject and this election specifically. He pointed out in one of them that claiming one is "morally obligated to vote for the lesser of two evils" has allowed this country to slowly slip down the slope towards deeper and deeper degradation. At this point both parties are so corrupt that choosing the one over choosing the other (with or without the lesser pro-abortion stance of McCain and Palin) will not do this country any good. Not only that but considering the corruption of our current election system voting does not make a difference. I am not directly quoting Dr. Drolesky of course and I encourage people to read his articles on the subject on christorchaos.com (see When Lesser is Greater)
