    • The new bill gives almost 2 million amnesty!

    I used to think that the children of illegals brought here w/o their consent, by their parents should be allowed to stay

    and maybe i still feel that way but their family members should NOT

    which means families will have to make choices about who stays with whom and etc... Big deal. Families everywhere have to make decisions that affect other family members.. happens all the time on Planet Earth...

    And there are people trying to do things the right way, the legal way... seems these illegals (children thereof) get to jump in line...

    now, true, I don't have ALL the details on this but I have heard enough, it seems.. And why are we not given more details by the news people? I don't watch news as much as I used to, but good grief... I should have heard more details by now... Who exactly gets a path to citizenship? must not be just DACA bc there are only about 800,000 of those, so I have heard... not the aforementioned 2 million!

    • I want to know: Does the ending of chain migration (in this bill) which I am VERY happy about, mean that the illegals, as in: the parents of the DACA children, do not get to stay in the US?

    That is the kind of question I have not yet gotten from the news folks. Not all of us can watch news all day long (though part of me tends to want to).

    • anyone watching Fox lately?

    I haven't been able to watch for days so don't know how this bill is going

    but knowing the malice of some posters here, I doubt they will share what they know... so, guess I will find something better to do than ask for something from same
