Was anyone on this forum dumb enough to think Trump would be a Catholic president? In non-Catholic societies you either don't vote at all or you vote for the lesser of two evils. Trump is as Jєωy as Hillary. All politicians are in the pockets of the Jєωs.
We'll see how many promises Trump follows through on. The main reason I voted for him was the Supreme Court.

And what of the French descent? I have known a considerable number of Scottish who descended from the French and/or the Normans (who repelled the Muslim invasion for the Norman Conquest). It seems very likely the lineage of Trump’s Scottish mother will reveal this connection.

United States case, after listing example after example of official acknowledgments of God and Christianity in America, the U.S. Supreme Court unanimously held that “this is a Christian nation.” America is also a nation under the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. It will never become an Islamic nation under Sharia Law! If Donald Trump is the prophesied Great Monarch, he will easily prove this to be true!

Anyway... Besides all that crazy talk, the Supreme Court is even worse for Catholics. Even if you had a majority "Conservative" bench, they'd find some way to do the noble thing and squelch their Catholic beliefs for the sake of the Constitution. I'll keep praying somehow some way this will all turn around, but I've lost any real hope in this particular form of government being able to right itself. I will remain a doubting Thomas until I can place my fingers on anything recognizably Catholic. Not being Hillary might have bought us some time, but that rainbow flag is making me think we're in for more stomach-turning progressivism.
