As much as I love watching Hillary lose, there's still one problem: Trump will not be a Catholic president and in many ways will help the Republican party break free of other traditionally Christian restraints:
Oh, and you can forget abortion ever being repealed in this current system, or a "wall" being built. Trump was the "say anything" candidate and he and his team knew what their target audience wanted to hear. Conservative Catholics are very low on that totem pole. We will be safely ignored as usual. Better than Hillary? You bet, but so is the rest of the human race for the most part. I don't buy his miraculous conversion from Democrat to Republican and from now on I hope we all hold his feet to the fire based not on relative adequacy but on objective right and wrong. And yes, the only way to do that is on a truly Catholic basis.
