a priest who is ordained w/ no intention of living the l ife of a priest
is not a priest.
that is my opinion. I don't know what the Church officially teaches. But it would be like me joining the Dem party just to infiltrate or spy or whatever. Does that make me a Dem?
You need to be extremely careful in matters like these; subjects like "intention" are very involved.
For example, what
kind of intention?
It sounds to me like you're describing at least two different kinds of persons:
1. The "Ecclesial slacker" (privation of intent)
2. The committed, deliberate and malicious adversary. (positive
malicious intent)
The first hardly has the sand or the gumption to be the latter.
Then there is intention as pertains to sacraments.
Q: You find out that your "bishop" is a mason; what sacraments, if any, administered by him are valid?
