I agree.

Though most Catholics on this forum are against Tɾυmρ, I still am glad that I voted for him in 2016, and 2020. The alternative to Tɾυmρ was, in 2016, the evil Hillary Clinton. It was worth it to vote for Tɾυmρ, just to keep her out of office.

It's mainly the sedevacantists and their fellow travelers who are against Tɾυmρ. They would have us believe that only THEY hold the key to truth. As if they are prophets of God, and the only true Catholics left on earth.

Oh, stop it with your deranged obsession with sedevacantism.  Here the issue is whether one can vote for a lesser evil vs. whether double effect applies.  You casually voted for a "lesser evil" which is contrary to Catholic theological principles (sedevacantist or otherwise).  I myself went back and forth about whether double effect could justify a vote for Trump and, in the end, concluded that it could not ... due to the mere fact that funding for Planned Parenthood increased to record levels under the Trump administration.

And my response was to the assertion that Trump was  "good" candidate ... which he was not.  He was clearly defective, at best a lesser evil for whom one might be able to vote if applying double effect.

Plus, I told everyone before the election that it would be rigged and that your votes are meaningless, but I'm glad you feel good about it, since that's what counts.

Meg, your true colors are showing hatred for those who are keeping the Faith.
.
As you know, I a Roman Catholic who holds the sede position, most of my circle of friends are of that mindset.  For your information, we all voted for Trump with no regrets as you described the reasons above. In your defense, it is possible a few did not vote at all.   We are disappointed with the way things worked out.

I think it would be good advice if you would review the Eighth Commandment of God.  Good advice for all, including, me a sinner.

It is sad not to see you hold YOUR Pope to the standards you criticize others.  The Church can not, would not deceive nor would the Vicar of Christ in matters of Faith and Morals if you believe that might it be possible your group whoever are the schismatics.
