    None of the governors would have ventured to lockdown the economy in their states without FIRST having a declaration of "national emergency" in place. Most people think Trump did it because of fear of the coronavirus contagion, but he really did it because investors deliberately tanked the Stock Market to impending crash. It was a fake, concerted crash by top investors.
