How do you consistently get so much HTML (i.e., Web-page display-language) garbage into your postings?  You're an alleged "Hero Member" with more than 7000 posts, just counting CathInfo.  But apparently too [expletives deleted] lazy to learn how to use the tools of CathInfo like a member worthy of being called a "hero".

Are you clulessly accepting all the HTML garbage that's included by MS-Word?  Even if nothing else were objectionable, it obnoxiously bloats the size of the text, which guarantees you a thumbs-down from me.
