    • The allegations are ghastly: Women held in a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement detention center were given hysterectomies without their consent, with a single doctor performing so many hysterectomies that one immigrant told advocates the facility was “like an experimental cσncєnтrαтισn cαмρ.”
    A whistleblower complaint made public this week alleged unhealthy conditions and inadequate care for detainees at the Irwin County Detention Center (ICDC) in rural Ocilla, Ga., and raised concerns about the high number of hysterectomies performed on women being held at the facility, saying that “everybody’s uterus cannot be that bad.”
    In the complaint, Dawn Wooten, who had worked at ICDC as a licensed practical nurse, said the gynecologist who treated detainees there was nicknamed “the uterus collector” because “everybody he sees, he’s taking all their uteruses out or he’s taken their tubes out.” The doctor, Mahendra Amin, is based in nearby Douglas, Ga. A lawyer for Amin, Scott Grubman, said that Amin denies the whistleblower’s allegations.

    World Briefs:  AZ Republic Dec. 23 1998:  Paper: Peruvian when sterilized.  Madrid: Thousand of poor Peruvian women have been forced to undergo sterilization as part of a government program to lower the country's birthrate...

    Details of the campaign which has led to 250,000 women being sterilized in the past 3 years, were revealed in the Spanish newspaper El Pais. Latin American and Caribbean Committee for Human Rights report is to be released in Feb.... The campaign is to lower the birthrate to 2.5 children per woman.

    It does not surprise me.  The last time I read about Gov't controlled benefits was TANF Temporary Assistance for Needy Families, Welfare Reform in 1996?  Many Hispanics lined up at 6 New Order parishes for cash benefits, jobs and the freebees. In the New Order parish halls were Planned Parenthood vendors and more health care providers showing their wares, flyers and handouts.  Under the jobs program, you get cash when the woman, signing up, shows in some way that there will be no more pregnancies on her part.  Standing by were prescriptions for birth control.  So, to have a job, you show your proof to be w/o a child.

    This Federal Gov't program was implemented in all states!

    • I forgot to mention, when the Welfare Reform  of TANF was implemented in all states, it was all the dioceses that were to implement it.

    So, for those of you, who still are connected to the New Order Councilor, these actions are not going to change. The New Order is not only heretical in the so-called mass, it is THE implementor of the Federal Gov't Agendas, Demonic.

    • I have "AZ State Plan" Title IV-A Temporary Assistance for Needy Families revision 2 January 15, 1998

    But I am trying to recall, there was another having to do with AIDS TASK FORCE very large, and it is different then this one.  This one does have in the "jobs" section what they call a "Kid Cap".

    It was the AIDS TASK FORCE that all the dioceses were to implement.  BUT the TANF was also implemented by all dioceses. I went to 3 of the 6 parishes in the PHX dioceses and saw what I saw. I picked up handouts.  And CUF catholics united for faith, 2 men made a video of what was at the health fairs.

    This was so long ago for me.  Shelia Parkhill has the AIDS TASK FORCE Bill. She wrote an article about Condoms being taught in the Catholic high school in Tucson, Bishop Moreno was of the dioceses, for the Remnant.  That is how I got to know her.  She was furious about who was allowing condoms to be taught.  To make a long story short, she sued for the grant that spelled out who was behind it and the motive.  Bishop Moreno, in charge.  Motive to teach kids to take the info back to the home nest.

    • What I am looking at is a Pilot Program called AZ Empower. For pregnant girls ages 13-15. The program is to keep girls in school/education, and a place for childcare, and a job.  Set them up with other benefits.  The State reimburse the employer for the wages. So it is an experimental program. Under "JOBS" includes medical /other.

    I would have to look at that"JOBS" paperwork.  I do know that the health fairs we had were to sign up and to be eligible for benefits as well as medical.  At one parish, CUF member did see prescriptions written out for birth control.  I am going on his word.  But Planned Parenthood was there with their exhibit and pamphlets. JOBS is with DES and I never trusted them.  DES was know by the crisis pregnancy centers, for trying to pay for abortions and not to be caught.

    Under ineligible children (Family benefit Cap) A child born with 10 calendar months of CA cash assistance is ok. Of course, that is what the program is about. A child born during any period of time specified in subsection A is ineligible.

    So, IMO the pregnant girls were covered, but after the child was born, than what?  Well, the girls were the "property" of the state, they would get state info, family planning to deliver and of course we know what is expected.  JOBS A.R.S 46-299 and I found Job readiness program including life skills, and I know what that is.  Life skills was a term to take in sex info.
