The bust is no longer there, I think. Churchill cared nothing for people who were no news. Cossacks and other refugees were nothing, so they were doomed.

General Eisenhower extermination camps where young surrendered German Soldiers were starved to death in the thousands in
prisoner of war camps after WW2.
Allowing Jews legally to murder German Citizens if they detect any nationalism among them between 1945-1953.
