Anti-Catholic Blasphemer Becomes President - Bishops Congratulate Him

Gabriel Boric, 35, a leftwing ideologist, was elected on Sunday Chile’s president who is both, head of State and head of government. He defeated his opponent José Antonio Kast, a Schönstatt Catholic and father of 9 children, by more than 10% of the vote.

Boric studied law but never took the bar exam. He is notable for his anti-Catholicism and his strong support for ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖism. In 2018 he was treated for obsessive-compulsive disorder in a mental hospital. Boric calls himself an "agnostic."

The useless Chile bishops hastened to congratulate him, “We pray to God to give you his wisdom and strength, which you will undoubtedly need,” Santiago Cardinal Celestino Aos Braco wrote.

  • This is normal in Chile. It is very slowly shedding its religious heritage and becoming a secular country. The attached article is in Spanish from Chile, you have Google Translate.

Especially with the youth and people Boric's age. People have to accept that the era of the Catholic Church influencing politics is over, and it's been over for a very, very long time.

For what doth it profit a man, if he gain the whole world, and suffer the loss of his own soul? Or what exchange shall a man give for his soul?

You mean like here in the United States?

The United States is not now, nor has it ever been, a Catholic country.  At least Chile was at some point in its history.  The last time the communists took over Chile, circa 1970, most of its people were still at least nominally Catholic.  But when the new Mass came along, people stopped going (and believing) in droves.  This time around, 30 years after Pinochet stepped down, what is left of the Church in Chile has hardly any influence whatsoever, and the Godless commies are that much more empowered because of it.

No, in traditionally "nominally" "Catholic" countries like Chile, Ireland, Spain, etc.

  • Unfortunately, anti-Catholic (Masonic) elements have run the governments of Latin America with the assistance of the USA for over 150 years. Until the people realize that their wealth is in the Faith, and they return to live as Catholics, they will continue on the same path of poverty, immorality, illegitimate births, abortions, and crime.

The anti-Catholicism of U.S. policy in Latin America has sometimes been stated explicitly by it's leaders. Theodore Roosevelt when he paid a visit to South America at the turn of the 20th century said: "While these countries remain Catholic," he said, "we will not be able to dominate them."

Put another way, as long as the people are "Protestants" or heathens, we will be able to dominate them.

Outside of the Catholic Faith, and what little remains of the Catholic culture in Latin America, I see little to be proud of. Without the Faith, Latin America is just another Africa.

  • I guess this needs repeating: The United States is not now, nor has it ever been, a Catholic country.  At all relevant times, the United States has been a country built upon Masonic ideals.  In that regard, to point fingers at (formerly) Catholic countries--which all of Central and South America were prior to the (Masonic) United States intervening in their politics--is the pot calling the kettle black.

  • It saddens me when I see so many good Catholic immigrants get corrupted by Vatican II Church.

Not sure how the "immigrant" angle comes in here.  I did some digging, and Boric comes from a fairly large Croatian diaspora population in Punta Arenas.  Latin America is more diverse than many people think, it is as though various European (and other) nationalities came together, adopted Spanish as their language, and have combined many layers of Latin culture with their own, kind of like it was an alternate place to emigrate to, as opposed to North America.

Boric would probably be more Catholic than Francis, who isn't.

When they come to USA, they are corrupted.  Many are living together without being married, etc. They become liberal because of church, schools, media.  Then there are many who are very holy.
