Positive. Ultimately, any form of government truly subordinate to Christ the King will succeed. I see NatSoc and Fascism as a reaction to Marxism and Communism, more of a temporary form of government before reverting to a more traditional Monarchical style. Because really, as Matto points out, any sort of Nationalist government (i.e. traditional) was considered fascist among the wave of Masonic Democracy and Americanism sweeping post-WWI Europe.
Look at Franco's Spain if you want a real life example of this. The Caudillo eventually reverted Spain to a monarchy, which, unfortunately, degenerated into democracy. But, it was a good means to fend off Communism and ʝʊdɛօ-Masonry for several decades.
